The RVezy app was horrible
The RVezy app was horrible. I couldn’t perform many functions. Trying to send a message I had a sliver of a screen to see what I was typing so I would have to do it from my PC.

The company allowed an owner to rent a RV with many issues causing the 3 week vacation to very inconvenient adding many additional expenses. Not happy with this company at all.

The RV I was rented was unfit and…
The RV I was rented was unfit and unsafe! The furnace was malfunctioning so I had no heat for one night then I had to use a space heater for the remainder of the trip. Then on our last evening it started raining and in a short period of time it was raining through the ceiling air conditioner. It was so bad it filled a small garbage pail with water in less than 6 hours. We had to leave in the middle of the night because where the only plug for the space heater was where the excess rain was flowing to. The worst camping experience of my life. And the trip was for my daughter’s wedding so it really ruined my whole trip.

Great experience
It was very easy to book. Effective communication keeping me informed of charges, info, scheduling etc. I had to contact customer service & they were very quick to address the issue successfully. Obviously aware of the "hosts" because the overall experience was very positive.
It might be helpful to receive initially what to do & when. I received the check list for the rental vehicle while I was picking it up. It would have been helpful knowing that & what I should do in advance.
It was a great experience overall. Highly recommend it & certainly would use it again.
