Lo siento pero no es posible, tengo Rti prophet 2 es la cuarta vez que se rompe estando en garantía y todo son excusas para no cumplir con ella, muy buenas palabras antes de comprar era lo mejor de lo mejor y ahora si quieres arreglarla paga, saludos
