I received an incomplete
I received an incomplete, wrongly set upped and not properly functioning item. After twice returning for service, more then two months later after initially receiving the items for the first time, still same issues no fix and still incomplete. Communication and interaction below zero. Now after almost three weeks from last email conversation, not a single word. There is no phone. Im very very unsatisfied with everything. It feels like they don't know basic manners, let alone providing service.

It took almost a year for them to complete the order.
The lack of communication between the company and the customer was unbelievable I had to initiate every single contact nobody reached out to me.
