Not great customer service and too complex product menus
The reason for not 5 stars is that the too complex product site, almost no description, not so good customer service. Otherwise great rifles!

Very good interaction. Being I’m in the USA I had several questions both before and after my purchase. All my questions were answered and I ordered an Epic2 with a LW barrel. I would buy from them again with no hesitation.

Epic One looks great and very well built,
that’s very important to me.I had 2 very expensive guns which i wouldn’t have bought if i could have seen in hands before buying them.
Epic One looks very promising, but let’s see how it performs in 200+m distance:)
When it proves himself, then i want to buy Epic Two too :)
