It's my first time using RS Watch Repairs, found them on a Google search. From start to finish, they have been one of the most professional companies I have used in a long time. The service was excellent and will be using them in the future for all my watch repairs and servicing. It's always a worry sending an expensive watch to a company you don't know, however, you can visit in person or post your item using their registered service. I posted the item and again everything was excellent and very good value. Great communication throughout the process. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service product, watch has come back looking great. 2 year guarantee so will have to see if there are any issues. Better watch service than when I went to original supplier.

These guys were super helpful, explained all the challenges for both sides and keep me informed all the way and kept to the indicated price.

I received my watch back after 6 weeks and as part of the service it had been polished and looked new.

The collection was as seamless as the delivery - a great service all round and very much a recommended service.

Just received my watch back after having a full service and sorting out an issue where the movement stopped from time to time. Came back working perfectly and looking very shiny. Also returned with a 2 year warranty which I didn't expect. The customer service is excellent with regular feedback and reports via a customer portal that gives you the confidence that they are looking after your watch. I used the free postage which was also insured and guaranteed by RSWR.

I have recently received my watch, and I must say, I’m thoroughly impressed. The watch itself is fantastic, but I’m also really impressed with the customer service and the updates provided during the repair process. The entire service was incredibly quick, which was a pleasant surprise. I can’t imagine taking my other watches to any other company for servicing and repairs in the future. Please extend my gratitude to the staff; I’m absolutely delighted with the service.

Had two watches in for repair and service. Longines and an Omega. Both were done perfectly, I was kept up to date on the progress at all stages, and the prices were very reasonable.
I really can't recommend them highly enough. I will use the again without hesitation, and recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely delighted with the service of my Rolex Submariner by RSWR. The watch needed some TLC after having worn it constantly since I purchased it back in 2008, and it came back in a short time looking brand new.
RSWR kept me fully informed of the work needed and progress throughout, and all was done at a reasonable price and with great service, including the insured postage there and back.

Dropped my vintage sub (14060) off on the Friday morning for a refurb/polish/bezel fix. I collected the watch today (Weds) and it looks brand new and the bezel clicks beautifully. Amazed by the 2 working day turnaround time and the level of craftsmanship. Also on the quote/invoice I wasnt charged for the waterproof sealing and pressure testing which is a welcomed bonus. The overall price was extremely competitive also.

I cannot recommend RS Watch Repairs highly enough. They sent the pre-paid packaging to ship the watch. They confirmed safe receipt and kept me posted regarding the repair process. They returned the watch earlier than expected. My TAG watch is as good as new! I will certainly use them again.

I was reluctant to send my watch for repair with the retailer from which I purchased my Omega Seamaster.
It takes a number of weeks for the watch to be returned and I felt that the watch would just be part of a production line.
Via google I discovered RS Watch Repairs.
They deal with many prestigious brands and, importantly for me, they are local and the customer has a point of contact to whom you they communicate directly.
I spoke to Lee on the phone but dealt with Shannon on my visits to the premises.
I booked an appointment via their website.
Both were informative, friendly, courteous and ensured my repair and service was seamless.
Once the watch has been left for a repair a file is opened and the customer receives an email to inform them of the exact progress of the repair. For example I had a email to say the watch was being disassembled and the parts required were being determined. Another stated the parts were on order. Next, that the parts had been received and then that the watch service and repair was complete.
I was advised that the service could take 4-6 weeks.
I was delighted that it took just 15 days from start to finish.
Once the service is complete another email is sent to the customer requesting payment (£550 incl.VAT).
When payment is made the customer uses the website to book an appointment for collection.
I was advised that the watch would be serviced and polished.
I collected the watch and it looked immaculate - as good as when I first purchased the watch some years ago.
I am very pleased with the customer service and the work carried out by RS Watch Repairs and have already recommended the company to friends and family.
