Recently bought from them fast shipping products were amazing colours were the exact same as the photos on the website and have recommended them to family and friends could not fault anything about them!

I'm writing this review after waiting for several weeks for my order. Customer service sent a tracking code that is not real. It said the package was in the country with the local courier and the courier company just confirmed it has not arrived yet. So at this point I'm not sure what to believe.
If I ever get to receive the package I will be writing about the quality of this product.

Don't waste your money. Made in China. Shipping is way too long, and the colors aren't even close to what they advertise. Buyer beware!

I have to say that after I ordered this last week, I saw the reviews on here and was super scared, but I couldn't believe it took a week and a half and I had my kit and pens that I ordered. They are wonderful and it was exactly what I wanted. So worth the money. I will order again. Thanks Rossi.

Very very disappointed. Wish I would have read reviews BEFORE placing an order.
However, I would have never dreamed to check reviews for Rossi.
I had a wonderful experience using their dip liquids about 2 years ago and never gave it a second thought to order from them again.
After waiting a couple of weeks of not receiving an email with a shipping date and tracking number, I emailed the company. Impressed with a response within 24 hours I quickly learned my order was coming from China.
I thought they were USA made?
I see a couple others have been duped as well.
Learned my lesson.

I placed and order about 2 weeks ago and I hadn't received a shipping email. At this point,im wondering what's going on because I've never experienced this from Rossi Nails before. I emailed the customer service email to cancel the order and as soon as i emailed them, i received an email saying my order was shipped and had a tracking number that's coming from somewhere in China.
HOW CONVENIENT! I received an email back saying they can't cancel the purchase because it had already been shipped. They basically robbed me of my money, only for me to not receive any products. Then they had the audacity to offer me a $5 gift card to use at their store. I DON'T WANT TO SPEND ANYMORE MONEY HERE! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! This was my first time purchasing from Rossi Nails in a couple years. I never had this issue with them before and now seeing other having the same issue, I am never buying from them again. I'll spend the extra money at Kiara Sky if it means receiving quality and HONEST customer service.

Shipping takes way too long. Still waiting from an order placed 2 months ago. I have a tracking number that shows possibly coming from China. When I ordered the items, it was a preorder and stated it would be 5 to 10 business days. I am hoping to receive this order and never place another order from them again. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES.

This company practices False Advertising, says discount is “site wide” but then all kinds of exceptions not posted. Terrible to deal with!

Ordered 3 dip powders from them about 8 months ago. The quality was horrible. Contacted them and they sent me 3 different dips of my choice. The quality of these were also horrible. Every bad review I wrote they didn't post. Just looked at their website and they aren't selling any of their products. Doesn't surprise me. Wouldn't be surprised if they go out of business.

Rossi nails used to be my go to for my dip powder & supplies. I placed an order June 17, 2022 and have not received my order & it shows it is still unfulfilled as of today 8-17-22. My order was $54.00 which I will prob never get back. The number is disconnected and no longer in service. I have emailed numerous times & received no response.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.

If I could choose a negative rating I would. Don't ever purchase from this company. They have a contact phone number that is no longer in service. They say live chat, which is not an option. They say email us and you will receive a response, and it's been over a week (for two different emails each time). I purchased a dip powder over a month ago. I still haven't received my item. I have since then purchased something else. I no longer need the item. This is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for a product. I can't get ahold of anyone to get a refund or even a response. My money was just wasted. NEVER PURCHASE FROM ROSSI NAILS.

Used to love them. Even paid the $299 for the annual plan. I used it exactly once. Now I log in and there is nothing in the shop, but 3 kits that aren't even Rossi brand. I've been ripped off! These people should be ashamed of themselves.

I used to love Rossi Nails, I can’t fault their product at all. But in the last six months they have taken so long to send it out, coming from China as other reviews have stated. But in my last order, where I purchased two different Polygel kits, only half of each kit arrived! I have emailed at least 3 times and messaged, but have received no reply. I can’t even have a play around with the items I did receive as I am missing key items to finish off a manicure!!
So frustrating from what I thought was a trusted brand that used to be great. I am now way out of pocket and letting others know to give them a wide berth.

Got my order after 4weeks of waiting and following up . And to top it all of its not even the complete order. Sent 2 e-mails to follow up on what is going on and no feedback. Never ever Will I support them again. Useless service.

Ordered from them a month ago, received no tracking and no product!! contacted them about 4 times already, email, on Facebook as well as instagram, They seem to be ignoring my messages as they posted 2 weeks ago on their social media. Would definitely not recommend anyone to buy from them. Pathetic.

Very slow shipping. Do they use ground transportation for it? I do not know what career they use, but shipping is taking forever. Also, they split the order into two, parts of the order will be arriving separately (assuming they arrive at some point). How annoying

I bought the trial set and that was great. I don’t understand why you guys say to use 3 layers of the dip when you should be saying 5 so it doesn’t crack on the same day. Ever since I started using 5 layers after hearing others I fell in love with the product.

I made a second order on the 11th of April (Australian website) and it’s been well over 15 working days. It’s been a month now and no sign of my order.

Customer care are friendly, but they ignore me when I ask “why is my order coming from China, when you keep telling me it’s coming from Australia and I’ve purchased this from a Australian website…” they just tell me to keep waiting and blaming the post…

You guys need to start being honest and advertise the Australian website with the truth of it really coming from China and how long postage is expected to arrive. Stop training your customer care people to lie to customers.

I’d rather spend more on a product from an honest company.

Website is completely misleading - made to look like there’s a shop/warehouse in Australia but orders are shipped from China. I ordered on 1 April and no meaningful updates on shipping. What a scam, would not recommend to anyone

Purchasing from Rossi Nails ‘Australia’.. have had orders shipped from overseas. If the item is listed as IN STOCK that should be from the Australia store where I am buying it from.
I recently purchased 2 items in stock on 20/2/22, only today 3/3/22 has it been shipped. Disappointed with the service and won’t be continuing to shop from Rossi nails Australia.

Okay I can agree with long shipping times even in the US ( this is why I deducted 1 star, Also for some reason my order was split in two so I had to wait to get all my colors I ordered) That being said, I think these are the only cons. The PROS: This is my first time ever doing the no UV dip powder so after looking and research, I decided to go with Rossi. The process was easy however I found prepping the nail is solely depended if your powder is going to stick and stay. I bought a cheap mini nail drill( about $12) in order to prep and grind down the built up powder versus when I did it the first time with a manual nail file. I highly recommend trying a electric drill for nails or a really rough file to prep them to get better results. The colors are wonderful and vibrant by far that have a better color selection as well as thermal changing powders (So cool!!) and holo dips that I haven't seen with other competitors. Price wise they range $10- $15 per powder but I feel even the smaller 0.6 oz will last a long time for me. Disclaimer: I am not a nail tech, just love doing nails and these are tips that worked for me :)
