I am delighted with this high quality product and will order again 100%.
The bed linen looks even more beautiful in real life than on the monitor and is beautifully made.
The service from the Roomie team is super friendly and more than accommodating and helpful.

Just an FYI that this company does not resolve customer complaints. They also use a third party delivery like DHL. They sent my package to my previous address; the address was given in error by my partner who didn't realize I had moved to a new location. I have no access to the previous apartment address, therefore I do not have the item. Roomie Design offered NO RESOLUTION. They were not willing to either re-ship the item, or to refund my purchase. They claim since the delivery driver sent a photo of the item at the address (which could have been anywhere since it was an apartment complex) that they are not obligated to reship the item or refund my money. This company is based in Italy and only communicates through email and online chat, a big red flag for customer service. I am out of $200 for so called luxury bedding. Terrible customer resolution skills!

Great customer service - I made a mistake with my order, and they sent me two extra pillowcases for free! This was completely my fault, so it was very kind of them.

Excellent customer service. Excellent quality bedding sets . I’m saving up and coming back . You will not be sorry investing in these 💝💝

I can't express how thrilled I am with my recent purchase of the Bohemian Orient duvet cover set from Roomie Design. Everything was shipped promptly, and I received regular updates on the delivery progress, which kept any worries at bay. The package arrived right at my doorstep.

The bedding itself is as described – the bright colors have not faded, and there are no annoying lint balls to be found. It's clear that the quality is top-notch. The diverse and captivating designs available are certainly appealing, and I can't help but admit that I'm completely hooked now. I find myself browsing for new arrivals almost every day! I will definitely be ordering more from Roomie Design.

I recently purchased the Grigio duvet cover set from Roomie Design, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my purchase! The embroidery on this set is exceptionally well made. The beautiful grey shade is the perfect choice, and the design is absolutely gorgeous. The fabric is incredibly soft, making my sleeping experience a luxurious one. Not to mention, the delivery was surprisingly speedy, which was an added bonus. I'm genuinely very happy with my purchase. Thanks, Roomie Design!

I recently purchased the Botanical duvet cover set, pillowcases, and the Minimalist goose down duvet from Roomie Design, and I couldn't be happier. The fabric quality is exceptional, offering incredible softness and comfort. Even after washing, the colours remain vibrant. What's more, my order arrived in just 5 days, which was impressive. I highly recommend Roomie Design for their top-notch products and efficient service.

I recently purchased the Botanical Garden Duvet Set from Roomie Design. This item came beautifully packaged and the quality was exceptional. I would certainly recommend it. The colours are so vivid and beautiful. Unfortunately I got confused with the different sizing and ordered a Queen instead of King. The sizes given were UK or US sizes and I’m in Australia. I’ve since ordered a king size setting and am awaiting delivery. I certainly wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company although purchasing it in Australia is very expensive due to exchange rates.

If you want to purchase expensive bedding and then fear washing it, then this is the place to shop!!!
I was bought a duvet set as a gift, the quality feels lovely however as I was putting the bedding on, my little boy knocked over a drink. I washed the pillow cases as per instructions and the stitching came undone after one wash. I noticed that there was also a manufacturing issue where blue thread is running through the white part of the pillow case. I have tried multiple times to get a response, my Mum has been in contact and even a friend through the social media platform, email and on their webpage. The duvet set was in the sale but was still expensive at £280! And I cannot even get it replaced as you do not get a response. I am not the only person to complain about this, avoid at all costs!

Hello my experience of purchasing a duvet set from your company .?I bought the set for my sons return from travelling the world , to welcome him home , it arrived it looked stunning and I believe comfortable , it had only been used 4 days when my son had a fever , so I took the pillow cases off to wash as instruction , I did not wash the quilt , unfortunately they have turned out pale blue the dye has coloured them , so now I’m stuck with white quilt and blue pillowcases!!!!! I dare not wash the quilt it is the new cornflower one blue/white . I reported he his problem to your team the very day , and received a email saying you would answer in 48 hours it’s now been near a month and have no solution . I ask you please help this is not good regards Heather

I recently purchased bed sheets from this website, and I am extremely pleased with my experience. The quality of the product is exceptional - it feels soft, comfortable, and luxurious. Additionally, the shipment was very quick, and the price was very reasonable for the quality of the product. The fast shipping and efficient delivery was an added bonus. Furthermore, their customer support team was friendly and helpful, making the entire purchasing process a breeze. Overall, I highly recommend this website for anyone looking for high-quality bedding at an affordable price.

Without a doubt, it is the best platform to buy a product for your comfort at bedtime and that your bed will be pleasant. I bought a set of luxury jacquard duvet cover set in jasmine gold and I thought it was incredible, they are very comfortable and the model suits me Charm, also that it is at a good price compared to other platforms, I recommend it and they do not charge shipping, it is free.

I am delighted with this product that provides me with comfort at home, especially that it is recommended for the user who needs a space for the softness of this website that is incredible

I ordered two duvet sets. I was a little anxious as I was sending a lot of money to a company I had never heard of. I was quoted delivery in 5 to 7 working days. When the items did not arrive I searched reviews. I wish I hadn't as some were very negative. I should not have worried. The duvet sets arrived a couple of days later and they are BEAUTIFUL. Excellent quality, beautiful material, well made and packaged and good value for money - especially when compared to almost identical sets I found on the Internet.

Order came reasonably quickly. I was worried at first because price was high and difficult to return. It’s perfect. I really like it. I will definitely order again. I would recommend this product. I don’t understand any negetive feedback.

Just received my latest duvet cover .. no 4 ! absolutely gorgeous .. feels so special can't wait to use in our new home 😀

Purchased six piece bedding set for £320 the bed sheet has 2 mark’s running all the way across the duvet cover washed it but won’t come out 😡been in touch with company and had no reply

My order arrived promptly and beautifully packed . Lovely design and colours and looks sumptuous on the bed and feels delicious when sleeping . Would definitely buy again and recommend this company.

Dissatisfied with the quality of Duvet cover set and the delayed delivery. After two weeks, they did not send me the duvet set I ordered and it was completely different and it was not what I had ordered. I am very unhappy with this purchase.

The quilt is lovely
The cover is not silver more Grey but never mind
Thank you x x
