I wrote a rather negative review a week…
I wrote a rather negative review a week ago concerning the stainless steel knob on my saucepan getting hot and burning my fingers. A rapid response from the company has resulted in an excellent solution with a new knob that does not heat up. Slightly expensive but worth it for an otherwise excellent saucepan. I value the rapid honest response.

The product is excellent
The product is excellent, exactly as described, and that made me more than happy. I decided to buy it to finally stop using all the materials that end up being toxic when cooking. The 316 series of stainless steel is a very high quality.
The purchase was quick, and the delivery was fast too. In between, I received a series of emails explaining step-by-step how to care for it and how to use it. I recommend it 100%, and I hope to gradually buy more from the 316 collection.

Great intuitive website with brilliant products. I have a lot of the knives which are excellent. I was fed up of buying relatively expensive everyday scissors just for them to either go blunt or break so decided to invest in RW scissors.
Not disappointed- these are well built, balanced, very sharp and comfortable to use. Definitely 5 star
