Absolutely Amazing - all around! 100% love!
The customer service is amazing! I reached out before I ordered and they answered questions. I received my order and it is everything I imagined and more! I will never order from anyone else when looking for table settings. They even sent a very nice email after I received my products! THE BEST, hands down. I had ordered many times from well known "luxury brands" and they do not touch the customer service or quality I got going direct to Robert Welch! .... and it is SO BEAUTIFUL TOO!

Excellent Customer Service
Just bought the Radford Bright cutlery canteen for a Wedding Present for our Daughter and future Son in Law. Absolutely beautiful collection, nicely weighted, elegant without overstating it. One table knife had a small blemish on it - contacted RW directly and talked with very pleasant representative who immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent. Superb customer service from a Company that obviously values its customers and its good reputation. Thank you.
