Great value on ex-display bike. Staff all very helpful and knowledgeable. Bike delivered in 2 days from order, extremely well packed and all spare parts sent.

I contacted the RM Cycles about an…
I contacted the RM Cycles about an ex-demo bike and they were prompt and clear in all comms. I was able to change the crankset no problem, and without easily being able to call (at work!) I was able to complete the whole process by email. The bike arrived quickly, well packed, and in great condition. I’d definitely buy a bike from RM Cycles again.

Really good customer service
Really good customer service. Unfortunately they did not have the bike I was after but they called me up and offered alternatives with great advice. Would use again in the future.

Ordered a Minnion Dhr II MaxTerra DD , was exactly as described , fantastic value, far better price than any competitor....by at least £30! Great !
Postage however was much slower than the 48hrs opinion I selected ...however i appreciate this is not necessarily totally in Rm cycles control

There was a week recently where Royal Mail took 4 days to scan one of the full mail sacks they had collected, which is frustrating for both our customers and us. Fortunately is a rare occurrence

Very good shop.
They have helped me loads with what to do for preparation of my bike.

Really happy with the service from RM Cycles. The service was great, communication was good, and the bike arrived packaged really well and in perfect condition. You can tell they take care when preparing and sending the bikes out. Would definitely recommend and would happily use them again!
