Direct was better. The ordering, shipping, and price were all better than I would have had ordering from the online big box store. Got a heck of a deal, free shipping, and fast.

Took long but worth it 100%

here is my story:
After a very long review of the products out there, the most reasonable keyboard that I could find that matches my expectation with a price a lot lower than my range was RK84.
When I ordered it, Amazon shipping was responsible for delivering, and they failed, without taking any responsibility, no proof of delivery.
I had to reach out to RoyalKludge costumer support, and just in a few minutes, they helped me with a replacement, using a new courier. so I finally got the keyboard and hands down, their support is amazing!
and now that I am typing this with the new keyboard, I don't have anything but joy. it is only the first 24 hrs of using that, but so far, very pleasing.

Love the guys at Royal Kludge

Love the guys at Royal Kludge,

I had ordered a rk61 a few months back and everything was great until the charger port short circuited (idk if thats for everyone) overall a great keyboard at a great price point, I contacted Royal Kludge about my problems they understood and got me a REPLACEMENT!!! P.S Give Chance a raise

Very good customer service.

When I bought the keyboard I received an email saying that the color and the switches were out of stock and I was given three options. I've never seen such dedicate customer support. Got the 2nd option which was changing the color of the keyboard with something else because I wanted to get the linear switches and I'm absolutely loving it. Very good keyboard and customer support!

Bought a S98 and within a few months

Bought a S98 and within a few months, it stopped charging. Contacted customer service with my issue. They quickly responded and after several troubleshooting attempts that did not fix the issue, a replacement keyboard was sent. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the customer service.

Royal Kludge Customer Support

Exceptional experience with Royal Kludge support. My RK R65 keyboard had severe issues, but the team was incredibly helpful and responsive. They swiftly offered a replacement which arrived very quickly. The new keyboard is working perfectly, including VIA app functionality. Highly recommend!

5/5 Customer service

My Keyboard had a really weird mechanical Problem. I emailed with the Costumer service and they could help me really well.
They even sent me a new one after looking in to the broken one .
The customer service is the best!

Great customer support

I reached out to customer service regarding an issue with the keyboard I bought recently. Jamie - the representative was very prompt in addressing my concerns. I am very happy with the resolution. The keyboard itself is a dream to use, I just hope that a reliable software for Mac becomes available soon.

I mistakenly bought a keyboard with the…

I mistakenly bought a keyboard with the wrong layout, and i was able to return it with full guidance after asking if i could. The return went smoothly and i got the difference in price refunded as well.
The custormer service was friendly and reactive to any questions

Great company

Excellent Mechanical Keyboard and Service!

I recently bought a mechanical keyboard from RK ROYAL KLUDGE, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The keyboard itself is top quality — it feels great to type on, has a solid build, and the RGB lighting looks fantastic.

The communication from the company was clear and professional throughout the whole process. I also really appreciated how quickly the keyboard was delivered — shipping to the Netherlands was fast and hassle-free.

Highly recommended if you're looking for a great mechanical keyboard and reliable service!
