First of all, I love the product. It works wonderfully and without any issue. I can't wait to order another soon for my office. But when I thought I was missing a piece from the packaging the response was so fast and so polite! I really can not recommend them enough. Special shout out to Mike in Customer Service!

I have bought keyboards from a lot of companies but this is by far the best customer service experience I have ever had, I had a problem with the product I bought and they were consistent with email replies and fixed my problem almost instantly.
For comparison I bought a keyboard from Asus directly and it was faulty they never replied to any of my 15 emails and I had to ring them 6 different times. Asus took 5 months to fix my problem.
Buy from royal kludge, great keyboard rk98s and perfect customer service.

I had ordered the rk m75, but unfortunately it went out of stock but the customer service was super helpful in reaching out within a day to either exchange or cancel the order. I order the s98. It arrived within 3-4 days, great packaging. The keyboard works great and love the super thocky keys.

My keyboard display stopped working on my RK-S98. I only needed to send a couple of videos confirming that the display wasn't working and I got a replacement. Support was also super helpful.

I was sceptical about getting a Royal Kludge RK84 at first because I was not familiar with the brand and the price was suspriciously low for the specs the keyboard offered. After watching reviews about it and saw how positive everyone was about the value of their products, I went ahead and got their keyboard as a replacement for the Corsair K65 Plus Wireless that stopped working properly after 6 months of use. I can honestly say I was shocked about the build quality and the functionality of their keyboard, it was on par with the Corsair one for third the price I paid! There are some software tweaks I had to find out about which is to be expected, but there are online communities that share useful information and their customer support replied to my email the next morning, and continued to reply to some follow up emails right after sending them which is awesome customer experience. Thank you Royal Kludge, I can confidently recommend their keyboards and I hope you guys keep rocking it like this in the future!

And when I reached out to customer about a broken dongle, they promptly sent out a replacement under warranty.

I bought the rk r65 keyboard and I wasn’t expecting it to work with my ps5 as I looked at reviews and seen it was nice.When it came it looked, sounded,and performed really well!I can confirm it also works with ps5 and is a great feel and is really good for the keys and they are pre lubed and I really love it.

RK's customer service is top notch. When I built my initial board they answered my questions quickly. Months later, I won a weekly giveaway for a keycap set. They informed me at every step of the shipping process and then followed up with me after it was marked delivered.

Really glad I gave them the business.

I recently purchased the RK S98 from amazon and had issues with the LCD not displaying correctly. I contacted RK support and they immediately issued a replacement within a few days. I had an excellent time with the customer support team, they were responsive and quick to issue my concerns. would recommend anyone having issues with their keyboard to contact RK!

Bought an F68 model which had an issue after 7 months. Contacted their customer service and they assisted promptly through email. We troubleshooted several things including updating firmware. After nothing worked, they sent me a working one. Thank you!

I’ve ordered two keyboards from them now, both of really nice quality and at super reasonable prices for what I’m getting. With my most recent purchase I was told there would be a delay and they clearly communicated to me several options for how I wanted it delivered, but it still ended up coming on time to my surprise! I would definitely recommend them to people for goods keyboard that come with good customer service.

I recently purchased a mechanical keyboard from Royal Kludge through Amazon. I never purchased a keyboard from Amazon and from this brand before as I've always been a Razer person. After 3 weeks a couple of my keys stopped working and I reached out directly to Royal Kludge. I just wanted to share how impressed I was with the entire customer service experience. Jamie from Royal Kludge was very patient with me and troubleshoot everything via email. After doing all that, we both deemed that the keyboard was actually defective. She then sent a replacement keyboard to me and it arrived within 2 days. SUPER QUICK! Even better, she followed up after delivery to make sure everything was working properly and that I was satisfied. That extra step really stood out. Jamie was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about getting things right. It made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely be returning for future needs!
