If you are in Australia buy it if:
1- don’t mind waiting 4 months to receive your order. When we bought it March and the website stated that the delivery was in 2 weeks, we didn’t received the machine until end of May and it was not complete. They sent the Olympic bar but no plates. When I asked about it they said they were out of stock and took them another month to send them, but part of my order was still missing and unless I contacted them every week, they would not send me any update. Every time I contacted they would say that they would send the items in 2 weeks, but it was much longer. We finally received every thing we paid for in July.
2- don’t mind paying A$170 of bank fees that is not disclosed when you pay for it. It is an Australian website and the charges appeared in Australian dollars but for my surprise a few days later I got charged this fee that according to ritkeep it has not to do with them. I do understand that banks charge fees, I just would like to be notified that they charged the amount outside Australia. It would give me the option to budget for it and even use another card to avoid the charge. Nowhere on the website mentions that the amount is charges in another currency. I would expect to pay a fee if I bought from an international website.
They offered me a couple of item as compensation, but guess what, they never arrived. When I asked them about the compensation they simply stopped replying the messages. When they offered it they tried to coerce me to give them a good review, so I should’ve expected not to receive the compensation.
The machine itself seems to be good, we haven’t been using it for a long time as we basically just got all the parts we ordered, but customer service couldn’t be worse.

Love the power rack. It’s just what I needed. It was easy to put together. Looking forward to using it.

I’ve been slowly rebuilding my home gym, and the RMAX-2250 has been a huge upgrade from my old setup. The assembly process took some time, but everything was packaged well and straightforward to put together. Once it was built, the rack felt sturdy and solid right away.

What I like most is how versatile it is. I’ve already used it for squats, bench press, overhead press, and dead hangs, and it’s nice having so many training options in one setup without taking up my entire garage. The included bench was also a great addition and works really well with the rack.

As someone who trains at home, safety and stability are important to me, and the rack gives me a lot more confidence when lifting alone. Overall, I’m really happy with the upgrade and excited to keep building my gym around it. If you’re looking for a complete home gym setup, this is definitely worth considering.

I have had a great experience with Ritkeep. My Machine arrived 4 days after i ordered .. I have contacted customer service through WhatsApp and i get a response fast . We love our machine.

The m10 power rack is surprisingly good! The prices are heavy duty, the bolts and nuts all lock in smoothly. My only issue is with the cable, it sticks a bit at the top of the movement. For example, when doing curls, the cable would stick at the top of the curling movement so you basically feel no resistance when curled and then you feel a bit during the eccentric. But overall for the price- the equipment quality is solid and would recommend to anyone on a budget

My experience was one to remember. The website made it very easy to order the equipment I wanted, and after a few days of getting my order put together it finally shipped, this took about a week or so. Granted I ordered quite a bit merchandise from the company so I can understand that it might have taken some time to get all the right boxes in line. Once my order arrived I noticed I was missing a part from the machine I ordered. I reached out to RitKeep customer service via email and they responded quickly. We worked together to make sure I had the correct parts being shipped in from the factory it self. I’m giving this team 5 stars because even though I was missing a part, they went out of their way to get me the correct parts and were very respectful and professional in their communication with me. I’d like to thank the company and its support team for taking care of my needs and I sincerely hope this company, moving forward sees great success. If I lived nearer to them I’d apply so that I could spread the same professionalism to other customers as they have to me. It feels good to see a company care about their customers.

I purchased the Anvil, it’s a beast!! I put this together with my 13 year old son, assembly was easy and followed the instructions exact.

The pulley system is smooth, it’s solid construction overall and I would absolutely order it again.

Customer service is superb, great communication. Any and all question I’ve had have been addressed in a timely manner.

Found the Destroyer M10 for a great price, got delivered in less than a week & assembly was easy even doing it by myself. There are some sharp(ish) edges in some places like the pulley assembly that cuts into the plastic end on the cable but other than that, no complaints.

Hello everyone! I was looking to replace our home cable machine and spent a lot of time comparing different brands and manufacturers. In the end, I chose the RitKeep Smith Machine because it offers an excellent combination of durability, quality, and versatility.

This machine has completely expanded our home workout options, and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase! Don’t let the assembly process intimidate you - the included instructions are clear and easy to follow. My son and I put everything together in about three hours without any major issues.

Ritkeep offers great equipment for great price, they have great customer service and do what they can to make sure the customer is happy. Would buy from them again!

The quality of their power rack very much feels commercial grade rather than juts home gym quality. Super versatile in all the different exercises that can be done on it. All the pulleys, guide rods, and weight carriages move smoothly with minimal friction. Coming from a powerlifting background, this rack can definitely withstand heavy workouts being done on it. Very much recommended if you're looking for a budget friendly, high-quality power rack that takes up very minimal floor space.

1. Ritkeep does not like to respond by calling people, no matter how many times you ask.
2. The best path of communication is by IM.
3. This type of communication is not best for people who are accustomed to a more personalized approach.
4. Also, it gives some concern about any future problems or needs related to replacement parts or breakdowns

Absolutely love our hack squat/leg press machine. The transition from one setup to the other is super easy and takes less than a minute. It does take up quite a bit of space in our home gym, but we feel it’s worth it.

Top notch equipment for a home gym. I’m thoroughly enjoying being able to make gains at home. I’m giving 5 stars because of their customer service. I was missing a piece and they are rectifying it immediately. To me, that says a lot about a company. I’ll be sure to purchase more from this company to add to my home gym.

My Rab3000 bench is very sturdy and well made. I can lift heavy without worrying about it failing. Customer service is very responsive and attentive to customer needs.

Great customer service, always responding really quick to emails sent, also shipping was really fast and it wasnt really hard to put together. Great equipment and will definitely be buying the accessories for the pmax 5600.
