I recently purchased the PMAX5600. I wanted an all-in-one machine that would fit in my single garage. I'm really happy with the quality and the complete functionality this machine offers. Honestly, I wished I had purchased this earlier instead of paying for the gym. I'd say I'm moderately strong, and I would recommend adding extra weight stacks if you intend to perform pulldowns.

I've had the ritkeep pmax 4750 for a few months now and its honestly been an awesome machine i can do every exercise I could in a commercial gym all in the comfort of my own home the machine feels extremely solid and well designed you can tell its a good quality product as it doesn't sway or feel flimsy in any way i personally love everything about it

Best bang for your buck gym set up. Incredibly supportive after sales team. The 2:1 and 1:1 ratio will save you money and time on weights/re racking. If their prices stay this reasonable I’d definitely order ritkeep again for sure. Although I likely won’t need to as my PMAX 4750 is super sturdy and will likely last me a long time

Order arrived incomplete — three weeks of silence on the missing items
Ordered the Nimitz N1 package (order RK-AU-4904) including a RAB 3000 bench and 100kg of bumper plates. The machine and barbell arrived. The bench and plates did not, despite being listed on the same shipment.
Since then I have emailed the 3 emails addresses listed in their website multiple times. Not one reply from any of them, over roughly two weeks.
The only response I've had came through Facebook Messenger, where I was told RitKeep was checking with the carrier and that a replacement would be shipped "next week". No tracking number, no update, no goods since.
The Nimitz itself is a good bit of gear and went together fine. That isn't the issue. The issue is that a substantial part of a paid order is missing and there is no working channel to get an answer about it. If you're in Australia and considering RitKeep, be aware that after-sales contact may be very difficult if anything goes wrong with your shipment.

I recently bought a anvil s1 smith machine from Ritkeep and their products are seriously strong with very high quality parts and components, my smith machine came in 9 packages and were packed seriously well nothing damaged at all.
I can’t fault them with their customer service either, communication was awesome the whole way through the process.
I’m so happy with my purchase from Ritkeep.

Great quality weight bench! It was easy to set up, feels sturdy and stable, and has been a great addition to my home gym. The adjustable settings make it versatile for different workouts, and overall, I'm really happy with it. Would definitely recommend.

Every company should strive to have the customer service these guys do. I got my order and there was a couple of items missing. I emailed them and they were only too happy to resolve this plus throw in some extra upgrades as an apology for the inconvenience. Good stuff

BEWARE!!! Worst company I've ever bought from, before ordering I asked if anvil s1 was in stock. I was told its due to arrive in warehouse in Sydney within the week so best to get in quick with payment to secure the machine. I contacted a week later to see if it had arrived, I was told it was still 4 weeks away from arrivingto warehouse. I don't want to wait 6+ weeks as I need it now, ritkeep offered me some spring collars or a piece of rubber matt at no charge. I stated I needed the machine and wasn't interested in the free items, they gave me a 2nd option to upgrade to the Nimitz n1 plus pay the extra difference, I stated I was not spending more money on another machine. I was stuffed around for days so I just asked for a refund, I was told I would be refunded same day which never happened. I asked for a phone number as I was very frustrated with the lack of response I was receiving from whatsapp and email, I was sent 2 phone numbers which I called and the line just said knowone can take your call, I than emailed ritkeep again and there response was sorry these numbers are not in service! The website has Au in it, the warehouse is in Sydney, when I paid for item through PayPal with all currency in AUD I was then charged $97 from my bank as it in fact is not an Australian business and is from overseas, on my transaction in my bank statements the company I made payment to is in Chinese writing, so if your an Aussie expect an additional tax fee! There is no way to phone anyone, they respond to messages straight away prior to giving them your money but once they have it your not a priority to them. I've been told I will be paid same day and keep getting messages/emails saying how sorry they are etc, they don't care. I've had to lodge a dispute with PayPal.

The gym looks great functions well and was a breeze to set up. Instructions were very easy to follow

I was impressed at all stages of the purchase, communication before buying, questions answered.

The freight was fast and exactly as described (more than one parcel), assembly was straight forward. I was able to do it by myself over a few hours but with two people it would be a breeze.

For the price this is seriously impressive quality. Sturdy and able to handle at least 100kg of bumper plates. It came with more accessories than I anticipated which was an enormous surprise.

I recommend Ritkeep and the M10 to anyone looking for an affordable at home gym with cables. If you’re in a metro area it’s even better with freight.

Just completed building my 2026 P5600 Max with all the extra attachments!!! This was so easy to build and looks amazing in my new home gym!! I can’t wait to start using my own gym equipment and complete my transformation!!!

The product arrived quickly. Very easy to build, is stable, and cables are very smooth. Pricing is great and machine is good for the whole family to use.

Recently brought the M10 rack from Rotkeep. The process was very smooth. Customer service respond quickly, you are taking with real people and wants to help. Delivery was really quick for Sydney. Send on Friday, arrived Monday. Build quality was good, happy with the purchase.

Quick delivery, easy to assemble and very sturdy.
