Order was great from Riley leisure. Not received my order. Delivery is terrible. As the Royal mail passed the consignment to parcel force and the app doesn't work. Still waiting my order not delivered

Not as good as I expected from Riley.
Delivery was quick and efficient, but the product itself is below the quality I was expecting for something with the Riley name. It was really fiddly to put the table together, mainly because some bolts didn't align properly with the holes when fitting the legs, but also because the supplied Allen key fitted so badly. Worst to fit were the pocket rails/ nets though. Four screws on each that are really difficult to get at, plus whilst the hole locations are marked, the cheap screws won't bite the board without a pilot hole. A bradl will do it but, the should come predrilled, or even with good quality press studs or velcro pre fitted. Cues cheap and light with fixed tips and plastic scoreboard is rubbish. Have ordered heavier cues and a better scoreboard from Amazon. Colour spots not on centreline. 83.5cm between cushions but spots at 41cm from one side. Baise is very thin. Still not convinced that the table isn't up at both ends, although giving it chance to settle. Bought whilst on sale but I'd have been very disappointed if I'd paid full price.

Black Cat 7ft American Pool Table
Purchased a Black cat American Pool Table. Easy to follow website. Delivery service very efficient with good communication. Great product, although it is not a slate bed it plays really well and true once levelled, much better than other mdf tables I have tried. Had a slight problem with the table on unpacking, but this was sorted in quick time by their excellent customer service, although all communication is by text or email. All in all I would highly recommend Riley/BCE
my experience with them was first class.

Delivery time was exceptional , only took 7-8 days from England to Australia from placement of order . Plus I'm a huge Ronnie O'Sullivan follower . Impressed with Cue quality and delivery time to South Africa
Im in South Africa and more than a little sceptical about purchasing from outside my country on a online platform but this company made it easy, simple and really fast.
The best part however was the cue, really good value and I'm already planning to purchase a Burwat one next.

Not worth the money as cheap materials used
We received the table im great time, I have left leaving a review till we have used the table a few times so I can leave an honest review. Firstly this table isn’t worth the £499 paid, our table bed does not run straight and the balls curve and the fabric covering the table is thin and cheap, secondly the cues that are included are not fit to be used on the table, after only using the table 4/5 times the cue has scuffed the fabric and left a top sized hole because the edges of the cues are so sharp .. so we now have a table that is completely useless in under a week of owning it .. I have reached out to the company to return for a full refund as the table and cues are not fit for purposes. The table isn’t being used by young children but 2 adults a 17 and 18 year old so isn’t being abused. not a happy customer

delivery cost was increased due to our address being Aberdeen (still United Kingdom but not classed as such, maybe my geography is wrong but I thought Scotland was still part of the UK....questioning the legality around increased delivery costings...almost an extra £100!!!).
