I live in Canada and I received my cue…
I live in Canada and I received my cue and case quickly with great packaging.
The cue is perfect and came exactly to my specifications, and is straight as an arrow! Sadly, the Riley towel, which was supposed to be part of the package deal, didn't arrive.
I've used the cue for about a month now, and love it!

False Advertising
Buyer beware! The "FREE UK delivery" which got my attention is anything but true. We stay just outside of Edinburgh, but somehow are classed as 'remote' and were asked for an additional £96 payment before shipping.
With this the customer service team fails to mention the return policy would change as well and there are also no free returns as advertised.
I do not understand why the delivery fees are not made clear at the time of booking. I was even confirmed delivery would be free which was later classed as a "typo".
Spend your money somewhere else!

I have tried calling by telephone… not possible!!
I tried calling by telephone with a query before placing an order many times - each telephone option asks you to email them - you can't speak to anyone on any of the options! I tried live chat - which wasn't a live chat! I did receive a brief reply by email to a query.
Please be aware before you order that their website states ..."At the time that you placed your order, you were provided with an estimated shipping date. Please do not contact us if less than 10 business days have passed since the estimated shipping date on your order. If 10 business days have now passed, we would request your continued patience, however, if you still wish to contact us please do so via email at.......... Please state your name, address and order number and the nature of your enquiry.".
I didn't place an order!

Great experience
Delivery was great, item arrived in great condition although having ordered a cue that came with a case I’d have thought the cue would have been in the case but it was not. It was well packaged though so no damage. Cue was arrow straight and in perfect condition. The free cue pack was missing from the package but a quick email soon rectified this and they sent me out a new one (not received at the time of this review but have no reason to believe I won’t) would definitely order from them in the future.

recieved table as described. would have given 5 stars but the cue's are terrible. for that amount of money you think you would get descent cues. look like children cues. no tips on them.

Great quality
We recently moved house and promised our grandson that, because we have more space, we would buy a pool table. We searched the internet looking for slate bed tables but couldn't decide on one. So as not to disappoint him, we saw the Riley 6ft Traditional Pool Table and plumped for that to put us on. I must say we are pleasantly surprised. My grandson hasn't seen it yet but his dad, uncle and grandad have already had hours of fun. No, it doesn't run as fast as a slate bed (so I'm told) but it is a table that I am happy to have in my home. I have no complaints at all with the quality. It also came with pool and snooker balls, table tennis top, bats and balls, 2 cues (not great but can't expect anything else for the money) and a bonus Ronnie O' Sullivan cue which is great.
All in all a worthy 10 stars. Would highly recommend.
