I was fully disappointed from Riley in sending a bent cue while unboxing. Althoughy i paid for an expensive one around £251 . Even afyer sighting and rolling up in a snooker table. Also i paid for an shipping for £ 45 and addition of £50 for local customs to DHL. After all, making me stressed out and recommend a full refund and send to cue back. This was unexpected from a proffesional company like riley. As i paid for a straight cue.

Great purchase
I purchased a 6ft 6 folding pool table with table tennis top and dartboard .
Ordering was easy , communication excellent and delivery very efficient .
It is exceptionally heavy. It takes 2 people to assemble .
It deserves 5 stars except the assembly instructions were wrong . I messaged Riley’s ( it wasn’t easy to find the correct email address ) however I received a response immediately to say they would look into it. The following day I received an acknowledgment that the instructions were incorrect . An amended version was emailed to me . Slightly unhelpful because it needed us to trawl through the book to find the error. I messaged again asking them to be more explicit. The response arrived the next day and the assembly could be completed .
It is a very robust , attractive piece of equipment already in use and enjoyed by the family . Sadly we cannot fold it up to use the dartboard because the ceiling is too low but the sales pitch did highlight the need to check ceiling height. So our problem .

Very helpful sales staff who answered all my questions. I was unable to get any useful response using the Chat Line. If there had been the ability to speak to someone direct rather than by several emails it would have made it much easier to purchase the right equipment.

Be careful as to what their website states
Ordered a BCE cue extension which on their website states is compatible with the BCE Grand Master cue, I have a recently purchased series 6 cue. The extension is delivered and has a totally different fitting and so is definitely not compatible with the Grand Master series 6 cue I have. I am informed that I can have a refund if I send the extension back but there is no offer to pay for the return postage. I feel the cost of postage should be down to Riley Leisure as the information on their website is incorrect. The extension was only £20 so they have made it not really worth my while sending it back once the cost of tracked postage is considered.
