Poor quality, false description & will not pay return costs
I ordered women’s sandals. I assumed I was buying from a Canadian firm in Vancouver BC. The sandals were advertised as leather. They were not. They seem to be some unknown simulated leather and poorly made -very uncomfortable with exposed inside edges that rubbed. They were also wide and gaped on the sides.
They took a long time to arrive but the customer service agent responded quickly and efficiently to my emails. Hence the grade of 2 stars snd not zero
I feel this is a sub par product which arrived in a clear plastic bag without any tags or information, only a size sticker.
Riley-Vancouver (actually in Wyoming USA) had offered a small discount or a larger discount on future sales. I would NEVER purchase another item from this firm however, I am returning the shoes at my own expense and hope they will refund the purchase price to my credit card.

Products come as knock off styles and/or completely different than advertised. These are cheap Shein products at very high price. Clothing looks horrible and unwearable.

Will not shop here again
One of the dresses was okay, didn't really look like the picture, but still was fine. The other dress I ordered was awful. Didn't look like the picture at all, looked like it was hand sewn, different material than the picture. Going back, they don't even have the material listed. If you want to return items, they try everything to not give you your money back, offering 15% back to just keep the item, 60% online voucher to keep the item. And shipping cost to return is on you. This is basically an over priced SHEIN or TEMU. All of the emails going back and forth with customer service are in the middle of the night, so it takes daaaays to get answers. Will not be shopping on this site again!

I liked that the store had a proper mix…
I liked that the store had a proper mix of everyday pieces and occasion outfits instead of only dresses. I ordered a printed blouse sandals and a summer dress and each piece had a slightly different use in my wardrobe. The blouse is easy for daytime the sandals go with almost everything and the dress feels nice for brunch or a relaxed evening out. The sale prices helped but the extra stack discount was what convinced me to add more. Ending this order I felt like I had built a small summer wardrobe rather than just buying one item.

My experience was quite smooth from start to finish. I ordered an occasion dress and checked the FAQ and shipping pages before buying because I’m always a little cautious with new stores. The dress came in good condition the color looked lovely and the support details on the website made the store feel more reachable. I’d shop again if I needed something for an event.

better than i expected online
Wasn’t planning to buy boots online but the style made me curious enough to try. They arrived looking pretty close to the pictures and the fit was more comfortable than I expected after a short wear around the house. I would maybe size carefully if you’re between sizes but I’m happy with mine.
