Terrible service and communication
I placed an order for furniture in mid-August with an estimated delivery time of six weeks. It is now 7th November and my order has still not been delivered.
For around four weeks, I struggled to get a clear update I was passed between the store and customer service several times, with no direct answers about the status of my order or return calls back.
Communication only improved after I mentioned my consumer rights.
Based on my experience with delays and lack of clear communication, I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Great customer service, price and delivery
Ordered a bed and mattress from their Santry store. The lads on the floor and Orla were very helpful and polite. Price was reasonable and the items were delivered on time. We had a small issue upon delivery so got back onto Orla, who sorted it promptly. Brilliant customer service from start to finish and especially from Orla, who really is a credit to the company. Will order again from Rightstyle

Poor after sale experience
I ordered a couch from rightstyle earlier this year, and part of it arrived incorrect. The company immediately acknowledged the mistake and promised to send the correct replacement part but after more than six months of waiting, I still haven’t received it.
Throughout this time, I’ve been told several times that there were supplier issues, and with multiple promises of delivery dates, they never materialised. About two months ago, I was offered €100 as a goodwill gesture, which I appreciated, but I was also told the replacement would still arrive which it hasn’t.
It’s very disappointing to experience such long delays and poor communication after what started as a positive interaction. I hope the company improves its after-sales service and actually follows through on promises to customers.

I bought a sofa from rightstyle fonthill. Emlyn was very helpful. From initial queries through sale, delivery and aftercare I highly recommend. Everything went so smoothly. Excellent communication. Careful delivery guys. Recycling of old sofa. Fantastic service all round. The sofa is lovely too.

Not customer centricity - 9 weeks still in the dark!
Over 9 Weeks Later - Still No Furniture, No Timeline, and No Accountability
I placed an order with RightStyle on 12th August for a bed, dining table, and chairs, and paid a 20% deposit. I was told delivery would take around 4 weeks. Someone phoned me confirming my items would arrive mid September.
It is now mid-October (over 9 weeks later) and I still have no furniture, no confirmed delivery date, and no meaningful update from the company.
The communication throughout this whole process has been abysmal. I've had to chase them at every step via email, phone, and even by visiting the store twice. If I hadn’t escalated the issue myself, I honestly believe I’d still be in the dark about my order.
On Thursday, 16th October, I visited the store as I was getting nowhere and going around in circles. I was told someone from management would call me the next day after 12pm. I waited until 7pm on the Friday and heard nothing from said Manager. Frustrated, I once again drove down to the store to find out what was going on and received a nonchalant reply “the manager was at a conference all day”.
Only after this incident and me expressing sheer discontent did I finally receive a phone call today. However, once again, it was inconclusive and filled with vague excuses about their suppliers, with no material update or timeline for when my order will arrive. I was told “the supplier will ship the stock in on Thursday”.
One of the biggest issues has been the unattended customer service emails. RightStyle seems to have several different email addresses for customer support, and yet none of them are replied to. Generic auto replies and clearly no one triaging customer queries. When I raised this concern with their team, I was told, "we've gotten a lot of complaints about this." If you are aware of the problem, why has nothing been done to fix it?
At this point, I seriously doubt whether my dining table and chairs were ever ordered. I’ve been told the bed is in a warehouse somewhere, but no one can confirm when —
or if — any of my items will be delivered.
The staff have been nice however the sales process felt pushy, but after the deposit was paid, customer service disappeared. There’s been no transparency, culpability and no ownership of the situation.
As of today, my issue remains unresolved, and I've now been without essential furniture for over 9 weeks. Despite my continued efforts to escalate the issue, I still have no definitive answers, no timeline, and no accountability.
This has been a deeply frustrating and unacceptable experience.
Extremely disappointed to say the least.

I had such a great experience with right style furniture from start to finish. Any time I contacted customer service they got back so fast & with great and accurate response. Orla in particular was amazing to deal with. Top class customer service is right. We love our sofa & bed ☺️

Really helpful and exactly what we wanted
I dealt with Luke in store he was very helpful and gave us a lot of time to decide on the sofa and chair we chose. Obsessed with my table and chairs and he also advised us on how to maintain the table and get the most out of it. Alan the store manager was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help us.

Great assistance from Orla in the Omni branch. She definitely went the extra mile. Very pleased with our purchase and delivery was within the estimated time. The delivery guys were very polite and assembled the furniture without any fuss. Also all of the packaging was taken away. Would certainly shop here again.

First Class Service start to finish
We had been looking for about 2 years to replace a sofa that was 13 years old. I went to Rightstyle Furniture a couple of times and the most comfortable sofa and so beautiful for me was the Hartshire. We dealt with Paul in the Belgard branch. Fantastic Service from start to finish sofa was due to arrive in 8 - 10 weeks. We got it in 4. The lads that delivered it are a credit to the store friendly, professional and super tidy. We highly recommend RightStyle Furniture.

I walked into the store with a type of sofa in my head and staff member Orla came to assist me and I explained to her what I was looking for and she understood the assignment and picked out the perfect couch for me. I’m very happy with it and would recommend.

Appalling customer service
I'm not sure Right Style in Omni even deserve 1 star. Purchased a bed for attic conversion beginning of July and was told it would be delivered in 3 weeks. September the bed has still not arrived. I have contacted company numerous times who just said they will contact warehouse and get back to me. They never did. I spoke with a few different employees and manager and each time no one told me the truth that the bed had not been ordered in July and was not in the warehouse at all. This is a first for me writing a negative review but I now have an attic space finished with no bed and no idea if I will get a bed to fit up. Customer service is appalling. I have never ever come across anything like it. I cannot bring myself to give this company my business and have asked for a refund.

Customer Service is non existent
Customer Service is non existent. Ordered a bed over a month ago, delivered on Tuesday. Delivered the wrong components so I cant assemble the bed. Tried calling the store, got redirected to the "customer service" number. Have tried the number (086 033 1270) at least a dozen times, no answer, left multiple messages. No return call. Ignored. Very frustrating.
If you try ringing the main number (01 626 3112) from the website it just loops you around to the store you purchased your product who don't answer and then back to the main line.
Not good enough.

Always a great experience
Have purchased most of my furniture for my home in the Fonthill store and always a good experience . Emlyn was great to deal with, friendly, helpful, and guided me in picking the perfect bed. Would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend
I ordered almost all my furniture from right style and I really love it.
Not only the furniture is of very good quality but also their customer care is very quick and helping.
One of my stool bar was defective ,they replaced it within 2 weeks.
The person that helped me through out was Mark.Really. awesome and helpful person.Really love this shop
