Dermot is a gent to deal with. He went above and beyond for us, he even stored our furniture to allow us get the keys to our new home. (Sorry for clogging the place up)

We chose a table and chairs but after we had paid a deposit we discovered the chairs did not match the decor. Emlyn our sales assistant helped us every step of the way and helped us to find a set of chairs that suited us. His patience and understanding are greatly appreciated. Gary in Delivery's very disappointing to deal with
Amending my review to include a disastrous delivery experience.
I purchased this couch on the basis that it could be delivered before Christmas. I also raised concerns at the point of sale that my hallway might be too narrow, but Dermot assured me this would not be an issue as the couch comes in sections and they “never have problems” with access.
After purchase, I heard nothing for some time, then received a text asking me to accept a delivery date of December 9th, which did not suit. When I responded, Gary (or the delivery team) advised that the next available date would be in the new year. After a lot of back and forth, I managed to secure a revised delivery date of December 15th, as getting the couch before Christmas was the entire basis of my purchase.
On December 15th, the delivery team arrived and stated the couch would not fit through the house and that a window would need to be removed. They suggested that if I could be scheduled as the first delivery of the day, I could arrange a window installer to attend at the same time. I organised a window installer for 7:30am, who then waited for over two hours. When the installer eventually had to leave, I received a call to say the couch would now be delivered between 12pm and 2pm.
As a result of this poor coordination, I have been left with a window removed from my house for several hours, unable to leave the property, and with no one available to refit the window afterwards.
For a product costing over €1,600, this level of organisation, communication and customer care is extremely disappointing. This is the most expensive item I’ve purchased for my home to date, and in contrast, deliveries from other retailers such as Power City and Harvey Norman were prompt, clear and completely hassle-free.
The sales experience initially felt positive, but the delivery process was poorly handled from start to finish. Unfortunately, Right Style’s delivery service does not match the price point or expectations of a premium product.

Fantastic Quality and Lovely Helpful Staff
Bought multiple items (a dining table and bench, a custom made bed and a gorgeous coffee table) from Right Style from the Omni and Fonthill branches. Everything I've bought has been great quality, good value and delivered on time. The staff in both branches and the delivery guys were all lovely to deal with and everyone asks me where I got the furniture I bought from them. Highly recommend them!

Great experience
Recently I bought a dining table and chairs in Fonhill store. I was very impressed with Emlyn, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He showed us all the possible options and deals available and was very patient because it took a while for me to decide what I really wanted. Delivery came earlier then expected and the guys were very good. They had to deal with my mum who doesn't speak any English. Everything went well.
Very happy with my purchase thanks to great team in Right Style Furniture.

Omni store
I purchased 2 ottoman beds from your Omni store on 22nd September and told delivery the end of October or early November. Kieran was so helpful on the day in helping us choose our beds. Beds finally arrived on Saturday 15th November after been on to them a few times on an update for delivery. They were delivered at 8am and assembled by Sean and Dean which was great as I had to head off to work, the lads were so quick and had them together within an hour. My only tip would be to maybe give a more accurate day for delivery with more than a day or 2 notice as I couldn’t change my day in work in that time with the text saying missed or rescheduled delivery will be subject to a re delivery charge. Overall I’m really happy with our beds and would buy from you again.

Just wanted to put this honest review up, bought a table & 6 chairs from omni store which were delivered last Friday 7/11/25, at the time of purchase i chose a table & the only chairs on display at the time were a lovely bright 2 tone green i was told they also came in grey, orange/rust colour & blue, i chose 4 green as they were the only colour on display in the shop that day & they seemed nice & bright & i also asked for 2 grey, its a lovely table & lovely chairs & on the day the staff were lovely also but the green is very deceiving in the shop & its clearly to do with all the lighting in the shop, all 6 chairs nearly look the same grey colour nothing like the way they were in the shop which im really dissappointed with, i was hestitant to go with any other colour that was suggested as there was none to judge from, i left a comment on the facebook page about this but it was deleted which is dissappointing to see as i was only giving an honest opinion for the next person buying just to be careful in regards to the lighting when purchasing as the colour definately wasnt the same at home..
