Highly recommended
I have to say iv made a few furniture orders and the staff in omni are amazing very helpful even down to emails your not left waiting if you have questions. I'm so happy with all my furniture my daughter told me about the store. Best buys I have to say plus you can make weekly payments which is so handy. The delivery guys are absolutely brilliant.
I will shop again and I highly recommend rightstyle furniture

You will see my review from start of august where rightstyle responded to my trust pilot review saying they will contact me.
They have not contacted me. This proves it is all lip service.
they have nobody in there to take ownerhsip and accountability of any problems that arise. apalling.

The Salesman, Emelyn from the Fonthill store was an absolute Gem 💎
His friendly, approachable and very patient attitude with us turned my stressful hunt for the perfect sofa into an easy and exciting one!
The 2 delivery men were very quick, respectful in my home and friendly.
And I loooove my Sofa's!
So from start to finish, my experience with Rightstyle Furniture has been brilliant!
Orla and Emelyn also made sure to contact me afterwards to make sure everything went okay for me.

Bought my new sofa and dining set here dealt with Michael he was very professional and helpful also I had my 2 boys with me and he was so patient with them being with me even though they were running around a bit I would 100percent recommend and with definitely be making future purchases here

Love my sofa . It’s like a bed could stay in it all day supper comfy and kids love it especially for family movie nights with a blanket and snuggles . Supper easy ti clean and I got my sofa exactly on time . Thanks again right style furniture

Nightmare
Well what can i say went right about our order..... very little. We ordered all our items with jazzmin in early January and at the start was very helpful. But as soon as full payment was made she pushed out the delivery dates further than initially promised. We were very accommodating about this first issue. Then came the rest of the problems....Our couch we ordered from the sample they had in the shop differed greatly to what we received. Also with this order we were supposed to receive the rest of our order which was a bed and a headboard, they didn't arrive as promised in one delivery. We had to go back to the shop to speak to jazzmin and no one would help us over the phone. Jazzmin agreed couch was completely the wrong colour from the sample provided in the shop and in fairness to her got that sorted and we had to wait about 6 weeks for new couch. We asked her where the rest of our order was and ahe replied they should of been delivered altogether. She had no idea where our bed or headboard was. Eventually many weeks later our missing items turned up after many phonecalls. Then we they arrived the headboard has a number of nails protruding through the material. We contacted the shop again by driving out to the shop and my partner was told by them that they cannot help ans we have to contact customer service. There was another customer standing there and she said that's why im here cause customer service don't answer the phone and she was trying for 3 weeks. So he told my partner he would get someone to call him. Someone did call eventually and offered to exchange headboard amd we were told it a new one would be sent out. It was about another 4 weeks before another headboard arrived and it was in worse condition than the original amd we told the delivery guys we cannot accept that it's more damaged and dangerous with the nails protruding out of the headboard, he agreed and said he would let the shop know. That waa early may and we heard nothing since until this week ( 10 weeks later or so) with 2 phonecalls. 1st phonecall insisting we ordered bunkers and they were delivering them the next day. We explained we haven't ordered any bunk beds and he was insisting at the start we did. My partner explained to him no we have been waiting for months for a replacement headboard to which he replied are you sure it's not bunk beds. He then sais oh ok ill get someone to call about your order. Then today someone called my partner to ask could he close our order to which he replied no we are still waiting on our replacement headboard. The staff member had no clue about our issues amd couldn't get off the phone quick by saying ill get someone to check up on your order and ring you back and hung up. Also one of there delivery drivers was very rude to my partner on one of the many tome rightsyle wa sin our house. Mt partner asked him to take his rubbish away from unpacking our delivery and he replied that's not my problem it's yours and walked off .he was asked for his name and wouldn't give it initially my partner had to follow him out to his van and ask him again. He whole attitude in the house was very rude and belittling. When we called the shop to complain we were told there not there staff so nothing to do with them. We told him they were in your rightstyle van and then he said ok ill contact the delivery manager to find out how hat happened. Customer service basically called us and we explained everything from start to finish that has gone wrong with all these orders in in about 3 phonecalls.after all those calls she told us (megan was her name) she cant help us unless we put everything in writing . After explaining eveything over the phone on multiple occasions. Still to this day 8 months after original order date we still do not have our order filled correctly. At the start of this whole process jazzmin kept asking for a review on trustpiolot I even received a whattsapp asking for one. So here is the review you requested many times jazzmine. I cant give zero stars if I could I would off. So can someone please contact us about receiving our last item from our order 8 months ago and try to deliver bunk beds we didn't order or call us to close the order without us having our order
UPDATE
Have not heard from anyone in relation to this. Despite them saying in this reply they will get back to me immediately!. Seems they just respond on this to show other customers that they do fix problems which they don't. Still have a faulty dangerous headboard ! With a nail protruding from it. They clearly don't have any concerns about health and safety! 9 months from when we first handed over full payment and still nothing from them. Terrible customer service.
UPDATE
It is now nearly 2 months since rightstyle replied to my initial complaint saying they would contact me straight away. Still have not heard one thing from them. Appalling service

Recently purchased 2 new sofas from Rightstyle Furniture at the Fonthill store.
Emlyn the salesperson was very pleasant and helped us choose the right sofas to suit us..Delivery was on time and delivery guys were also very pleasant and set up the sofas quickly and removed all the packaging along with the old sofas so overall a good experience and we are very happy with our purchase..

Right Style Furniture Omni
We bought three beds from the Omni shop and the experience from start to finish was great. Kieran was so helpful (and patient!) in helping me choose the right beds for the family. We had an issue with one of the beds fitting but Orla helped me get it resolved with no problems.

Purchased an ottoman bed recently from rightstyle. Delivery time was pretty good, sales staff was very nice & the lads that called to the house had it assembled in no time. The quality of the product I would deem to be excellent. Overall a good experience & we are very happy.

Currently dealing with customer service…
Currently dealing with customer service with my partner, wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. After Having issues with our new sofa being damaged having dirty hand prints all over and missing a part, and now our table and chairs not being compatible despite not being made aware of this in the showroom when dealing with the sales associate who clearly just wanted more commission. Considering the circumstances I’m unsure why we can’t be given a refund/exchange for these chairs and/or table that they could just use in a showroom. And allow us to get either new table and/or chairs that are compatible. Do not trust the staff as they do not have your best interests at heart and good luck if you ever find yourself dealing with the customer service team.

I was buying a bed for my teenage son as it will be a last bed so wanted a good quality bed that last for year's with good mattress.I have to say Michael was a gent and showed me few bed's, I picked a small double ottoman bed that was a great price. Thank you Michael for your help.
