Excellent customer service
Had ab issue with a sofa I purchased contacted customer service a gentleman called Luke dealt with the issue. He was amazing kept in contact till issue was resolved and was very professional in dealing with the problem. Issue resolved within a week and again apologied for the inconvenience caused. Once again thanks Luke

After buying a sofa from Rightstyle…
After buying a sofa from Rightstyle which had a major fault. Luke and the customer service team went above and beyond to rectify the problem and were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish and replaced the whole sofa with a new one. To which we had a minor fault with the new sofa but again Luke and the team rectify the problem quickly with no delays.

Their costumer service
Their costumer service is the best I've ever encountered. I bought a bed last January and it was in storage till last week as my father was in hospital. When I opened it in December it was 2 left sides. I contacted right style furniture and Luke who was dealing with this was so helpful. He made sure I got the bed sorted even though it's Christmas and they are so busy. I always go to Rightstyle for my furniture. It is great quality and again if there is an issue they will do everything they can to sort it. Again thank you to Luke for his outstanding costumer support he deserves a raise.

Excellent Customer Service
My family have been Rightstyle Furniture shoppers for many years and that didn’t change recently when we purchased in a particular store and it was quick, simple, easy and what I thought straight forward that was until it came to delivery. I don’t want to slate anyone individual but there was definitely crossed lines when it came to delivery and availability it hasn’t been a very positive situation. Well that was on till I sent an email and a very helpful lad called Luke dealt with me in a very professional, courteous and friendly manner. He has turned around a very frustrating situation to a very pleasant one. I just want management to know my family will continue to shop in Rightstyle and it is genuinely down to Luke and the excellent customer service that he provided.

DONT BUY FROM Rightstyle Furniture…
DONT BUY FROM Rightstyle Furniture Fonthill so in August I bought a suite of furniture from this company everything was fine until it was moved to clean under it and put the Christmas tree into the corner when it was moved one of the backs in the corner fell back of it we rang the shop immediately to be told we have to contact customer service by e mail they are claiming because we moved it we have broken it and won't do anything unless I pay to have it fixed as its not a manufacturer fault when my daughter look at it to see where it was broken this is what the sofa was being held together by just a few staples and they refused to fix the problem, refund or replace the sofa PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON FURNITURE FROM THIS COMPANY!! I will be taking them to small claims

Absolutely unacceptable and misleading…
Absolutely unacceptable and misleading practices and terrible customer service.
This is one of the worst purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. The company intentionally makes promises before the sale to secure your money and then completely disregards those commitments afterward. Once the transaction is complete, their customer service becomes dismissive, unresponsive, and entirely unhelpful.
I purchased multiple items based on explicit assurances, only to be met with excuses, shifting stories, and a refusal to take responsibility. This behavior is deceptive, unethical, and shows a complete lack of integrity.
I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business here. I will never purchase from this company again and would not recommend them under any circumstances

Terrible after care service
I had a great service in store and with delivery. But the after care is SHOCKING!!! It's like 'thanks we got your €3000 for your 2 sets of recliners but now that one came apart after a week we don't want to know you'. I sent the email to services and attached the photos as instructed by customer service (it's only a 2 minute job to pop back together but it's too heavy for me to do) and I got an email reply saying someone would be in touch within 72 hours. That should have been last Monday 8th December, I only had it delivered the week before. I heard nothing by Thursday and CS said they would log it again. Nothing by Saturday so went to store where I was told it wasn't relogged on Thursday so they done it there and then. It's 17:15 on Monday and can still only sit on 3 of the seats longer than I had 4 seats. AND STILL NO ONE GETTING IN TOUCH YO DROP IN FOR 2 MINUTES TO POP IT BACK TOGETHER. I'm only 20 minutes from the store.
