Received as a gift from coworkers for Christmas. The money band broke and reached out for warranty, took pictures they asked for etc. I received for gift they matching key chain and wallet, both fell apart. No customer service number to reach and talk to anyone. Emails are all you receive, I guess easier to blow off customers that way. I would not recommend this product based on my personal experience and buy from company that will stand behind product. Coworkers spent over $200 and well waste of money

Have patient, it takes some time. In my case 9 days, but then they respond and make there promise true, my ring was torn, and replacement was in order. Kerim made my day..thank you so much. Carlos F

I ordered the wrong size ring, totally my fault, returned for a refund and ordered another as it was a Christmas gift from my wife and she wanted to have something to hand me on Christmas morning. There wasn’t time to return and wait for the exchange. Customer care sorted me right out. Jeanette was awesome to deal with and I must have been a pain to help.

Deras korthållare plånbok var inget vidare då man inte får upp korten på ett smidigt sätt så man får ingen bra överblick över korten. Så har man åtta kort så får man ta upp alla. Nyckelringen var väll oki.

They will not honor their warranty I bought the wallet and keycase forged carbon about a year ago both fail lost screws on keycase and elastic band falling apart on the wallet contacted them they said ok warranty approved only for keycase and sent me an invoice of $27.95 so unless I pay the invoice they will never send any replacement items...this is the kind of company you will have to deal with in case yours fail...Ridge you are a JOKE!!!

Item always sold out contact support acts like they can't read I'll be getting my wallet else where now!

Ich habe mir im August 2025 einen Ridge Wallet gegönnt.
Bis heute habe ich nichts daran auszusetzen, außer des hohen Preises.
Das Produkt ist gut und macht was es machen soll, Münzen wird man damit eher schwer halten (zwar gibt es hierfür eine Erweiterung).

Insgesamt finde ich ohne Rabatt kann man diese Minimalist "Wallets", wobei es doch eher Cardholder sind, nicht empfehlen.

Zusätzlich habe ich auch den Clip gekauft, weil ich dachte das mir der Moneystrap vielleicht weniger gut gefällt, das war ein Irrtum und wirklich verschwendetes Geld.

Meine Empfehlung daher: Warten bis der Wallet auf etwa 50€ reduziert ist, Erweiterungen eher bleiben lassen.

Einhändige Bedienung ist mit Ridge nicht, wer das möchte greift besser zu anderen Produkten wie zum Beispiel Ekster.

The order wasn’t delivered - okay, I read their help center, where they recommend opening a ticket if the order is not delivered in 10 business days. I did this and there was no reply after 3 business days… In my opinion, it’s absolutely unacceptable.

My husband suggested their rings and I can honestly say it looked beautiful so we purchased it. We had already gotten his ring size prior but when the ring came, it was a little too big. I sent an email to the team but also saw an email from the owner thanking us for our purchase and I emailed back explaining the ring being big and with no hesitation I received an email about shipment of a new ring size. I was very impressed about the timeframe of their response. I would highly recommend purchasing products from this company as they are quick on response and it’s really satisfactory!! You don’t chase this company for response!! Thank you so much!! 😊

I ordered the wrong ring size

That's 100% my bad, but I tried cancelling the order right away, it wasn't possible. I tried amending my order. Not possible. I contacted them, no answer. Item's been dispatched and I'll have to return it. No phone number available, chat is unresponsive. I found an email address to contact them, this was a copy and paste, and the email address does not exist.

I understand I place the wrong order, but not giving the opportunity to cancel an order that's just been placed, when definitely no one even saw the order, nor worked on it, sound a lot like "we'll send it and they'll forget to return it".

This company are aggressively marketing their guff and it's borderline harassment. Avoid. If you have to bang on about it this much, it can't be good

We made a purchase and was wrong size. This kid the best customer service they were so responsive and nothing was a problem. Would definitely recommend using this company.

I havent received my order and i was told my package was damaged. Ive been trying to reach out for replacement to be sent since they keep taking my money put of account and all i get is the run around!

Purchased the polar white wallet with the money tray, AirTag holder and cash strap. The cash strap has frayed badly and the wallet has discoloured to a blue (probably from demon jeans). Quality and longevity is clearly not what you get with a ridge wallet as I’ve only had it less than a year. I’ve gone back to a traditional leather wallet.

In 2024 I bought a gold ring that qualified for Ridge’s Never Lost Forever Fit. After losing a load of weight I recently lost my ring as my finger had shrunk a size. Ridge have replaced the ring for me with no quibbles. That’s a five star experience every day of the week!

I was able to exchange the ring for the correct size quickly and without any issues. The customer service was efficient and helpful throughout the process. My husband is very pleased with both the silicone and metal bands—they are comfortable and well-made. I highly recommend this company for their quality products and excellent service.

I like all the products. Innovation and looks at top notch. Had some screws come out of a key case. They honored the warranty in less than a week and I got a replacement. They will not ghost you or make you jump through crazy hoops.

I informed Ridge & they are happy to make the Exchange. We are so excited to receive the ring that will fit.
Ridge also said, we didn’t need to send back the wrong size right away, until we are completely happy.
