Bought a personalized wedding ring. Arrived on time as described on ridge.com website. My wife’s wedding ring was slightly loose. Contacted the customer service and within 2 days new order was made with correct size with no further costs or question asked. I was already a wallet and keychain ridge owner. No regrets at all.

I recently ordered a Ridge Wallet set (Kintsugi edition) together with the Ridge Keycase and a QuickDraw accessory. A friend recommended it to me, and I was genuinely curious to try this kind of minimalist wallet.

Shipping was fast and everything arrived perfectly. First impression: the products are truly high quality. The Kintsugi finish looks beautiful, the build feels premium, and the modular accessories are well designed — you can attach or remove them easily depending on your setup. From a craftsmanship perspective, I honestly have nothing to complain about.

The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 comes down purely to usability in my personal situation.

I travel a lot as a digital nomad, and in many countries cash is unavoidable. The cash strap/clip unfortunately didn’t work well for me. Banknotes vary in size depending on the country, and having them visibly exposed on the outside feels uncomfortable. With a traditional wallet, cash is more discreet and feels safer. Also, inserting and removing bills wasn’t particularly quick.

Cards were similar — I never really got used to the mechanism of taking them out and putting them back in. It works, but for me it never felt natural.

Another point is discretion. While the wallet looks amazing, it also attracts attention everywhere. During my travels across South America, Africa, and Asia I rarely saw locals using this type of wallet. Personally, I prefer staying low-profile, and the Ridge Wallet does the opposite — people notice it immediately. Some may see that as a positive, but for me it wasn’t ideal.

That said, the customer experience was excellent. Support replied quickly, explained the return process clearly, and their 90-day return policy is genuinely reassuring. They provided a prepaid return label, the portal was easy to follow, and once they received the wallet I got refunded within one business day. That part was outstanding.

So overall: fantastic product quality and top-tier customer service — just not the right everyday wallet for my lifestyle.
Still an easy 4 out of 5 stars.

Not impressed with either the product or support after the sale. Took almost 10 days to get a response. Product is way overpriced comparatively to other products in the market. System is flexible but hard to change devices and ruins the band when you do iy

It's good, but, it destroys your cards, if grit or sand gets inside the wallet, it rubs against the cards when you take one out, over a short period of time the cards will be ruined.

I’ve had a Ridge wallet for years. Great product which keeps everything in one place and is far less bulky than a traditional wallet. When I lost my wallet I was devastated. Having to replace all the cards was a nightmare, but as for the wallet, I contacted Ridge about their warranty. They were fantastic. Ben from Ridge dealt with my claim quickly giving me the options, and 2 days after ordering I received my new, upgraded wallet at no cost aside a small admin charge. B n even threw in a free AirTag strap so I can now attach an AirTag and not lose my wallet again. The best customer service I have experienced in sometime. Brilliant.

The rings I ordered were such nice quality and beautiful! The originals were too big so we did an exchange that was very quick and easy. When I got the second set, one of the rings still didn’t fit so I talked to Jayzel and she was amazing and got it squared away for me.

Hands down the best customer service experience I have ever had! I accidentally made big a mistake on my order and their customer service was very helpful and compassionate! I would 100% recommend this company for Rings! I will never shop anywhere else aka Helzberg, Zales, or any other jeweler!

I submitted a warranty claim over 14 business days ago, and I have heard nothing from anyone regarding that claim within the timeframe. I have also heard nothing back from anyone on the message chat over the course of 5 days, and no response in over 2 1/2 weeks regarding my claim at all.

This has become an unbelievably disappointing customer service experience and is fast deteriorating my faith in and support of this company. Shame on MKBHD for promoting a company that has horrendous customer support.

Great and beautiful products backed by an awesome customer service. I have a ring set and would love to get one of them wallets but they are a little pricey. Anyways I’m very satisfied with them.

I’ve had my wallet for years and didn’t realize I could submit a warranty claim for the finish chipping. Submitted the claim and waited but didnt get a response by email initially but i contacted customer support via chat and got it handled immediately. Thank you for being a reliable company.

These guys are absolute top drawer. I purchased a wedding ring from them. It arrived 2 days later. But after trying it on it wasnt right for me. I ordered another ring from them in the meantime whilst I arranged the return and refund for the previous ring using their returns label. Long story short...evri (absolutely useless) 'damaged my parcel and told me to get hold of the sender for a refund. Contacted Ridge through the online portal on my account. Gave the tracking number and got issued a refund with no further questions. Definitely worth giving them a try. I highly recommend.

The wallet is fantastic. After several years of use the strap was not looking good and the company upheld their commitment to lifetime guarantee and send me a replacement for it. It was very quick and easy. Thank you very much again!

They sent me the wrong size ring, completely different to what I ordered. They have no real people to speak to about the issue only chat bots. The website will not let me exchange the ring for a different size as it says the size is out of stock. But at the same time it will let me make a new order for the ring at full price. How is that possible if it's out of stock?
