Over the last 2 years I had an issue with my XF1 bivvy and sent in an email the next day I had a reply asking for phone number , then I had a call and issue sort bivvy back up and running then I had an issue with the jet on my quad sent them a pick and they kindly sent me new part for free even though my stove is out of warranty.
Can not thank the whole team for their quick reply’s and support , and thanks to Adam as he personally sort my issues out

Can’t rate Ridgemonkey enough for quality products and support

I had a problem with the boots I bought from Ridgemonkey . They were leaking , I contacted Ridgemonkey and I had a reply within an hour, which I didn’t expect .Ridge monkey apologised for my issue ,and asked me to send a couple of pictures and proof of purchase , which I did and they sent me a brand new pair of boots .
I had them delivered the next day .

So I cannot fault Ridgemonkey customer service .48hrs from my complaint to receiving my new boots
I just hope the new boots don’t leak.

My ridgemonkey head torch is not working how it sould be one of the charing lights is not working so drop them a email telling them my promblem nothing they can do without a proof of purchase have not got proof of purchase as it was a christmas persent just gone it a ridgemonkey product going back to ridgemonkey i dont know why i need proof of purchase i won't bother i will throw it away as i dont trust it to be on charge in my house you see this sort stuff catching fire what is they to discuss you can't do nothing for me as I do not have proof of purchase as it was a gift to me for Christmas

Had an issue with my FX1 man bivvy !!
Contacted Ridgemonkey, and within a short period, Adam called me and explained to me how to fix my problem 👍 excellent job

Customer service via email is absolutely disgusting they don't even reply despite asking a simple question. There is no phone number to get in contact and they don't respond to emails.

Gor company like there's I think it's highly disgusting and ignorance to ignore customers questions and concerns

Had an issue on a newish quad pro stove ,canister thread ng. Parts are on back order so currently still waiting, response was quick and helpful, however still no part.
Update, part now received, excellent response team.

I had a problem with my boat which wasn’t an issue as it has a 2 year guarantee !!!

Had a problem with the handles on my connection sandwich toaster, new ones sent out & problem quickly put right, great customer service no problems.

Very helpful, great communication backed up by great product for a great price.(replacement sandwich pan handles as I had broken mine by mis use)
