Bought the Pivot GT for the son for Christmas. It’s been a few months now. The only concern we have so far are the lights kit. They broke from the plate. The metal is horrible. He doesn’t ride hard or super fast and is fairly careful. But during a ride we noticed one broke. So I tried to tape the hanging light temporally. But did not hold and the light ended up getting torn off. Then during the same ride the other snapped off too. It’s really cheap metal. I think plastic would have been stronger. For $90 extra it should have been made stronger. The board itself is great so far.

All well made and sent in a timely manner. 4 stars because i paid for shipping for parts from China. I suggest you keep stock in the EU.

Had many eboards, but the pivot gt is a monster, best range and so powerful.

I have the Ruckus and the Endeaver 2GT.

I order a light cover 3-4 weeks ago and I still have not received a tracking number nor have I received the item. I have asked for the tracking number several times from Iris but I have yet to receive it.

The Endeavor3 GT is a beast. Even if I mostly ride in the city, it is much safer because I can go everywhere without any risk. After some bushing adjustment, I can really carve. I was not expecting being able to carve so easy. It so much fun!
Also to mention that the customer service is quite reactive. I really recommend to order the belt protection to avoid grass or rock in the belt. It is a pity to orders parts from China, the freight cost are super high and I had to pay additionnal taxes in France.

I really liked the board itself but I regret buying anything extra from propel because of the extra price and issues I had with them. My front lights did not work and they made me take apart the whole board to fix it and never gave me an option of a refund. This takes off the first star as, I'm probably never going to fix that part and will just get shred lights due to issues I've seen on Facebook with the lights breaking from normal use. So wasted 90 dollars on that, then I had to troubleshoot the pu wheels I got because they made a clicking noise. It says nowhere on the site that the pu wheels have an integrated pulley and use only 2 bearings instead of the normal 3. I recommend just buying cloud wheels or some other set of Wheels if you want the 2-1 feature. I love the board but they obviously have QC issues and wanted to share my problems so people can make an informed decision

The waterproofing on the pivot is the absolute worst I've ever seen and I'm quite disappointed, as well as it was difficult to get real answers from customer service. Battery range is great and the speed is alright. Id like to see better waterproofing and gear drives on the next iteration. For the price of the board I expected better, if you live somewhere dry this board is for you

Absolutely love my propel pvt gt. Bought it about 3 months ago and fell in love with it immediately. Had 4-5 good rides with it all about 20miles. This board is a beast, it's fast, it's nimble, solid as a nokia phone,and looks amazing. Sadly about a month ago I took a really bad spill. Was teaching my daughter to ride my old board,when the throttle wheel retention spring in my remote came free and went full trottle with me on it, I bailed but sadly ended up eating the ground pretty bad because it hit top speed on me. Me lying on the road, board doing donuts 10ft away as a car ran the board over and she survived. Ended with an ER trip, bunch of stitches, and been walking with a cane. Been a slow recovery but all in all can't wait to get out and ride again. Wife has been hounding me everytime she sees me standing on the board in my living room.

I bought my second board from them — this time the most powerful and the fastest one. It’s amazing off-road: stable, agile, simply brilliant. The customer service is always top-notch — they’re eager to help, reply to emails promptly, and are just genuinely nice.

well done to the design team, carves beautifully, speeds there when ya need it, very sturdy suspension, floating on a cloud, have mates that own other makes jump on the gt, they wanna upgrade to propel

It’s a great board, but I wish there was a place where you can convert the currency

Wonderful piece of gear, my second Endeavor 3. Like it better than La Croix, Evolve and hub drives. However, my new one came with a bad ESC. Causing major battery limitations and non-linear acceleration. However, Propel customer service is very responsive and hope issue can be resolved without sending board back. 3-4 weeks minimum. Would give a working board 5 stars.

As always, the buying experience was simple and easy.
My only complaint would be the shipping costs.
In some instances the shipping is more than the product.
