Richard James Estate Agents Anmeldelser

Thanks so much to Anthony at Richard James. Hugely supportive and helpful. Professional support around the clock made looking for a rental and sorting out all the paperwork so quick and easy. Issues with the property were sorted quickly and with no fuss. Would highly recommend!

I could not reccomend them enough. They represented me on both the buy and sell side and nothing was ever too much trouble.

We had a property that wasn’t getting any viewings with a competitor on the same high street. On the advice of our daughters who have had nothing but amazing things to say about Anthony their star letting agent, we switched. Within the same day he had shown a tenant who wanted to take it. Not only was it impossibly efficient, our tenant has proven to be a landlords’ dream; taking such great care of our property it looks even better than when he moved in! Very very happy with Anthony’s enthusiasm, friendliness and professionalism. Can’t recommend him enough and look forward to working with him at the next opportunity.

The best in the business in Mill Hill. Seemless transaction on our sale (and they were amazing at keeping the pressure on throughout the chain). If you’re selling in Mill Hill then they are undoubtedly the best.

Richard helped me purchase the property. The communication has been excellent throughout. He has been absolutely exceptional in helping liaise with the vendor and speed up the process (we had a deadline), which went very smoothly. Much appreciated and highly recommended.

Natalie went above and beyond when we were in the process of buying a property through Richard James estate agents. Her exceptional customer skills made us feel like we were in safe hands throughout the whole process - nothing was too big/small a problem for her to help us with. It was a pleasure working with Natalie and would highly recommend her to others.

Exceptional estate agency that has spoiled us for all others. Not only immensely efficient and flexible, they stayed in there in these most difficult times with not the slightest drop in energy and commitment from day one until they sold our house for as good as the asking price. They provided many more viewings than any of the agencies we used previously and asking Richard James to take sole agency was the best decision we could have made. Natalie, James and Richard are wonderful people who made it a personal mission to help us get what we wanted. Even after the sale, Natalie has been incredible helping with the legal and logistical issues that are involved to help exchange contracts and close. We cannot recommend strongly enough that if you are lucky enough to have Richard James available, grab the best and forget the rest !

When I was looking for an agent, I asked around locally and everyone recommended Richard James. From the first time I dealt with them at the valuation, I knew we'd made the right decision. Our sale was handled by Natalie - the most efficient and incredible agent I've ever met. Natalie has quite the fan club among my extended family for how well she looked after us and secured us the loveliest buyer we could have hoped for for our home. Richard James's customer service, knowledge and professionalism goes above and beyond. I'm just sad that we'll be moving away from the area and won't get to use them again in future. I couldn't recommend them more highly. Simply the best!

Richard James were very helpful and professional and were supportive all the way through and made the moving experience as painless as possible. Would high recommend them.

I couldn’t speak more highly of the service I received from Richard James Estate Agents.
Mr James Goldsobel was not only a consummate professional but a thoroughly decent and wonderful gentlemen, who not only found us our perfect home but ensured that throughout the entire journey he kept us updated at all times and supported us through certain challenges with our house sale. Having some specific requirements, he kept a look out for a property that best suited our needs and ensured he only recommended properties that met these requirements. Without James we would not have been able to finally move and for that we will be forever grateful to him. Integrity is often overlooked for a fast buck, but in the case of James Goldsobel he ensured all commitments were delivered and that meant the world to me and my family. I would highly recommend Richard James Estate Agents. Thank you James and team!
