This was a probate sale and my first experience of selling at Auction. I felt very nervous prior to the process as I wanted to do the best by our family but Sara Herbert could not have been kinder. She met us at the property and spent an hour explaining the process and talking through options, which made us feel incredibly supported. She and her team kept us informed and involved every step of the way and were always at the end of the phone if we had questions. This was particularly appreciated as we live some distance away from Coventry. They even proactively organised a locksmith when the only key they had broke off in the door! We were unable to attend the live auction but we were all really pleased with the price we got and the auctioneer worked incredibly hard to ensure we got the best price. Post-sale, Richard from the team kept us informed as to progress and provided much reassurance to help with our nerves! The whole process was seamless and we could not recommend Sara and her team more highly. I would 100% do another auction again based on this experience. Thank you!

Just like to thank all the staff who took the hassle of selling a property for me in Coventry when I had already moved to Spain because of the shocking mess the labour government has put the country in.It was so easy and they dealt with everything start to finish and in less than six weeks I had the money in my account.
It was all done so quickly with absolutely no stress well done to you all.
