On advised of a colleague I hired Resume Profs to get my resume update. It was overall a great experience with them. The support team guided me well and shared all the packages. After choosing one. They assigned a writer who unfortunately got sick very next day. However, the customer support team of Resume Profs were very fast and responsive they updated me about the situation immediately and assigned a new writer.
The writer talked to me in detail first and then concise my lengthy resume into short. He highlighted my career accomplishments rather than focusing on just explaining regular tasks I am responsible for.

I'm happy to see my new resume and feel more confident now!

This service was the worst 85 dollar investment I have ever made. I gave them instructions for a short, non descriptive, streamlines resume. As this is what the fire department wants. What did i get? A 3 page resume! I asked them for a revision and stated my concerns! another 3 page overly wordy resume that nobody would be able to make it through reading without nodding off into sleep. Take your money somewhere else. These people are quacks who dont listen to your input.

I am very pleased with the assistance that I received from Jason Brown and the designer Braun Thompson. They took my resume which was out of date and created a masterpiece. They communicated with me when there were questions or changes to be made as well as provide phone calls to me for follow-up. This company is absolutely the worst professional resume writing service. The amount of misspelled words, grammar errors, no productions were absurd. I informed them multiple times of the errors. When they sent the first proof that I looked, I was shocked, and mind you, I am a foreigner as well. I made all the corrections and changes necessary, sent back for review. They sent me the 2nd draft. 75% of the mistakes that I pointed weren't corrected. I called them again, Sarah the cust service connected me directly with the writer so we could fix it together. While I was pointing out the errors, the writer started puffing. REALLY???? To my surprise, a few minutes later I get the "FINAL" proof. GUESS WHAT??? Only about 30% of what I requested to be changed was changed. One single example: I have a bachelors in business and marketing, this is how they wrote in the resume: B. Sc. (Business Administration and Marketing). SO PLEASE RUN AND SAVE THE AGGRAVATION.
