DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I paid in full for a resume, cover letter and LinkedIn. They never updated my LinkedIn. Then 7 months later they fraudulently charged my credit card an additional $999.00. I am not the only one (see recent google reviews)

I contacted Resume Profs to potentially engage their services for 1 month for some employees we were permanently laying off. We wanted the service to be available to them if those choose to use it. Alex Wilson and Gary Brent informed me that I needed to prepay for the resumes/project, and I would then receive a refund of the money for the unused or unstarted projects at the end of the 1 month. We paid $1080.00 to Resume Profs for 6 potential resumes, with the understanding that we would receive a refund of any unused money. We wanted the service to be available to these displaced employees from January 1, 2022 until January 31, 2022. Again, it was agreed that after January 31, 2022 we would receive a refund of any unused money. After January 31, 2022 it was determined that none of our displaced employees engaged Resume Profs no projects were started, so I reached out to Alex Wilson for a full refund of $1080.00. Now, Resume Profs is refusing to provide a refund of any kind.

Resume Profs comes highly recommended. My resume clearly needed to be updated. I'm not a good writer, so I knew I needed help. I wanted my resume and cover letter to stand out. I contacted the first company, but they never returned my phone call or responded to my email. I spoke with Allan at Resume Profs, the next company I contacted. His genuine friendliness and professionalism immediately impressed me. I informed him of my requirements. My federal resume was reformed by Allan. He is very knowledgeable about what should and should not be included on my resume.
He created a well-written resume and cover letter that highlighted my qualifications and experience. I'm pleased with the end result. This service has been a joke. Its been more than 30 days and i still don't have a finished product. The writers must not proof read the resume as their any many mistakes (same one over and over). I asked the writer 5x to take out a certain experience without success. Don't waster you money. ZERO STARS!!!!
