My experience with ResumeProfs was better than I hoped for. This was my first professional resume, didn't realize how important having your resume in a LinkedIn format. Had a wonderful time working with Resume Profs! They did wonderful work and will create the most stunning resume for you to stand out.

I paid for an a resume and cover letter to be a rush order. this was NO rush! There were so many grammar and typo mistakes. When I would tell they what corrections to make, then others would pop up. Examples include a date with a letter behind it, a Batchelor in Science (instead of Batchelor of Science), a % of the times I won my managers approval ( they randomly put in75%), and the list goes on.They repeat the same words and phrases. They say 100% satisfaction... No they just want your money.

Horrible, they don't even ask you a single question about your job history or anything about you, they just write garbage. Looks like all these reviews are bots, stay far far away. I had to put in a dispute with Chase to get my money back. They then sent Chase fake emails stating it was me that was happy with the service, very blatant and bold scammers.

Great experience! I highly recommend Steve as your account manager. He handled any updates quickly and provided great customer service.

I am pleased with the perseverance and patience ResumeProf displayed writing my resume and cover letter. Due to Corona Virus and a death in my Family, I had to take months off in the middle of their writing my resume. They never missed a beat. We took up right where we left off, always making progress.
