Resume Profs produce excellent Resumes and are fast, collaborative and prompt with their replies. Emily was very professional and provided me with best resume possible for my profile. I was left in dark by other Resume service and Resume Profs saved my day.

The consistent back and forth with Jeff, pointing out inaccuracies in drafts, over and over again, and STILL the final product was not correct was beyond frustrating. I'm not sure if it's a language issue, or if the people doing the work are not qualified. The final templates are outstanding, but the content of the product is wrong. I had to fix it myself, which I should not have had to do when hiring a professional resume company. Would not recommend. Not worth the money, time or effort.

I paid for expedited services. Sent them several attachments with all kinds of unorganized documents. They asked me to pick a template at 9:51 am. 2.5 hrs later they were asking me to give the rough draft an overview.
