Working with Joe Smith, he created a resume for me off a job posting that was really put together well. Great descriptions and well worded. Really appreciate the resume edits and cover letter

ProfResume understands the demands of job seekers, career changers etc. Their platform makes the creation and editing user friendly. The communication I had with my writer Joe Smith was timely. He was always attentive which was important to me! Best of all, his excellence for details and accuracy are excellent!

I would recommend using their team to help get you started with the resume process. They are extremely fast and respond quickly to requests and feedback. However, the cover letter and resume I received were of poor quality. The first couple of drafts had grammar mistakes, run-on sentences, and some of the content didn't really make any sense. My biggest issue was that the resume had small margins that cut off a significant amount of information when printed -- which was flagged by a prospective employer and was pretty embarrassing. In the end, I had to rewrite and reorganize a good portion of the material though I really like the finished product. I think it would have been better if I could have had a conversation with the writer about what I was looking for, it was clear that the writers had no idea about key terms or information needed for my career path.

You will get a basic resume and they tell you to give them 5 stars to give you a discount. If you're looking for a professional resume I don't recommend here.

Resume profs are just the best. My experience with them was amazing, they go above and beyond for their clients. The fact that after just few communications the writer was able to capture my strengths and knowledge, then portrait me on paper better than I ever could. The work was all done within a few days and was amazing. Now I am confident to get more interviews and I can even sell myself better than I could before.

Avoid, total scam. Never received promised phone consultation. Days later than promised, I had to "remind" them to send my first draft, after the deadline for job had passed. Got a shotty, poor English, bad grammar, cut and paste of what I provided them. Nothing professional about it.Total crap. Do not believe the money back guarantee either. All you get is the cat & mouse runaround. Everything in the negative reviews is exactly what I experienced.

Horrible customer experience, was called an idiot and argued with on the phone when asking about a refund due to a terribly written resume.

Pure Scam, they took my money and provided a copy-and-paste template. I was not happy and asked for a refund and said they would refund the money it has been over a month calling them to try and get the refund. Stay away.

I was hesitant at first considering I was not familiar with this company and Joe Smith completely transformed my resume which is now very marketable and competitive in the job market. Any updates needed or added to my resume. Joe updated quickly with his quick turnaround response. I will definitely go back to Joe and highly recommend him, if you want to land a job. What can I say, I was frustrated over my last resume company, so I decided to look online and so happy that I found Chris and his amazing Resume Professionals.

They were so patience when I was not, and always stayed professional throughout the back and forth, always on point advising me to check my updated resume in my email box.

Wish all companies can have such great employees and what I encountered.

These guys are pure SCAM!!! DO NOT DO business with them.

I am yet to receive my resume that they fraudulently promised the next day. This is day 3.

They are so quick to call you but after you submit your resume, you don’t hear from them.

Please invest in more reputable resume builders than this “affordable” and scam folks.

I’d be calling my bank to declare it a fraudulent activity.

What an amazing experience! Great résumé templates and superior customer service. Jeff Farrell is awesome and took good care of me. I couldn’t be more pleased. Try them out. You will not be disappointed.

I originally went to Accredited Resume and they did a horrible job with many errors and inaccuracies. I needed the resume that evening and Tom from Accredited would not return any of my calls, texts, or emails. Well, thank God for Chris from Resume Profs. He was so patient while fixing all of the errors, which were many. I kept finding more errors as we went along. Chris remained calm and professional throughout the process and made sure I was satisfied. Accredited Resume should take notes, by far the worse service I ever received and I won’t ever do business with them, again. In the future when I need assistance with writing, I will call Chris from Resume Profs. 10 plus stars!! Thanks again, Chris!
