Perfect experience with R725. They are an amazing team and helped to ensure my package arrive on time before my travel plan. Thank you Perla and all. I would have purchased my Max Mara top in white too but it was sold out when I bought my item

The shipping out was slightly slow but…
The shipping out was slightly slow but it maybe due to the sale season . Thus it is understandable .
The jacket was folded together with the hanger thus the hanger hook portion pressed on the jacket material causing a deep line . And the jacket was very crumbled. Therefore I gave a 4 stars instead of 5 stars for this purchase . Overall , I am satisfied with my purchasing experience and will definitely patronize Residenza boutique again . Thank you .
Dear customer service
Thank you for your response, It was only a small mark due to hook and line on material due to folding so it is alright. I will send it to the dry cleaner to iron straight the line on the material. Thank you.
Ps:
I have decided to change my shopping experience to a 5 stars cos I am impressed with the customer support team who took the time and patience to look into a trival quality problem which I have reported . Thank you to the customer support team , staff of Residenza boutique .

Very unhappy that it was entirely unclear to me that I would be liable for huge duty charges/taxes would be before delivery, also meaning that returns are very difficult.

Dear Diana,
We would like to clarify that the payment of taxes & duties for orders outside of the EU is clearly indicated in different steps of our purchase journey - in the item's description page, during check out and in the confirmation email - but you can also read it in our Shipping & Taxes section.
Best regards,
Coltorti Customer Care

Acquisto super soddisfacente! Scarpe originali, anche se avrei gradito un pò di carta all'interno perchè si sono schiacciate e rischiavano di rovinarsi..imballaggio perfetto, spedizione rapida.. consiglio!
