Our overall experience with Residently has been good since the day we moved in until today. Customer service is usually quite fast (Selena is a star! and very quick at addressing our queries and coming back to us).
The cleaning service is part of the reasons we don't give 5 stars. We get a new/random cleaner every 2 weeks and it feels like we roll the dice; sometimes very good work, sometimes "incomplete" and we end up finishing the job ourselves... It's been going on for a few months now, consistency would be appreciated.
Any issues/questions that we've had have been addressed and clarified asap; sometimes it takes a few emails or calls for building services (fixing, etc) but considering the current pandemic times, it's been very satisfactory.

Anyone thinking of using this lettings company, then you will be making a really great decision!
After years of using various London High Street Letting Agents on a finders fee only, I decided to give Resident.ly a chance as they are a fully managed online lettings service who offer more of a concierge lettings service to the tenant and at the same time actually performing a stress free fully managed lettings service for me the landlord.
Resident.ly offered me a fully managed service at a finders fee price and their fees are deducted on a monthly basis after collecting the rent from the tenant, none of this fee paid in the first month nonsense like majority of High Street Agents require you to do.
Resident.ly organise their photographer to take a 3D view of the property so that the prospective tenant can see exactly what and how big the property is with a ‘google street view’ walk through with 360 degree views and 3D floor plans.
Resident.ly offer the tenant an App based concierge lettings service where everything relating to the let is performed through the app as well an online health service for working out during the lockdown like ‘HIIT’ and ‘Yoga’ sessions for free.
Resident.ly organise getting the Broadband installed on the tenants behalf which can be overwhelming for an overseas tenant.
Resident.ly also offers the tenant services like Laundry and Cleaning services through the app which is also great when the tenant is new to the area and not needing to vet and hunt out great reliable services as Resident.ly are already using them within their portfolio of properties.
Just before Resident.ly started to let my flat, they organised various trades to make sure the flat was in tip top condition and had a professional clean before the new tenant moved in.
Resident.ly were always available via their ‘Community Associates’ online and they would call you on the phone should you require to speak to them directly, thank you Ria!
Resident.ly really did pull out all the stops and took away the hassle factor of organising various trades with excellent results!
Resident.ly really did take on the responsibility of ‘Fully Managing’ my apartment and making this a hands off service for me which I truly appreciated, I felt completely relaxed and not stressed as I knew my apartment was in very capable hands!
Three very important thing I would like to add:-
1. When I asked Simon about when he thought the flat would be let out, he confidently said about 2 weeks which left me surprised as the London market has taken a hit due to the Covid-19 Pandemic but I guess he was using Resident.ly pass success rates. So we did receive an offer in the two week period from a tenant who gave a low asking rental price to which we kindly declined, 4 weeks in total to find me a tenant at the full asking rental price, the credit and referencing all checked out perfectly, all of this during a restrictive lockdown is very impressive, I can highly recommend them!
2. I live outside of London and Resident.ly organised the whole process of successfully letting of my Apartment without me ever having to come London at all! Every single task was taken care of with the great help and dedication of Ria one of the ‘Community Associates either online and the odd phone call.
3. Resident.ly is a disruptor in the Fully Managed Lettings market and they offer something much more than the High Streets Letting Agents have to offer as they really know how to look after the tenants of today utilising a dedicated App for Tenants that are so use to running their lives on their smartphones from paperwork, referencing and bank details. A full concierge range of services offered by Resident.ly all through the app makes this an ideal proposition for the prospective tenants. This makes for a happy Tenant/s and especially much happier landlords as the process is slick, professional and I feel that my property is in very safe and capable hands at a very competitive price!
Well done Resident.ly, I see this is a start of long and successful relationship!

Residently helped us settle into a new apartment in the city a year ago, including everything from setting up the utilities and internet.
They have been on top of everything, and even contacted the right people and handled all the bills and utility transfers when we moved. It's great to not have to worry about all the logistics and have a one-stop experience for all your bills as a renter. Would definitely recommend trying them out.

I'm absolutely amazed how kind and friendly people at Residently are. (Special thanks goes to Ria)
My case is that I had to move in as soon as possible and the date was right around the holiday period (Christmas + New Year) and pretty much all other agencies told me it's not possible to complete all the necessary checks as they are on holidays.
But Residently were happy to process the case and were able to complete all the reference checks the same evening! And I had my contract ready on the very next day.
They were always in touch with me in case anything is required and were constantly updating me with the progress to ensure everything is on track to be done in time. I liked that so much!
Apart from the process, flats on residently are pretty much the only ones I saw that looked exactly the same as on pictures/3D tours. (By the ways, these 3D tours are perfect and really helpful when choosing the apartment).
To sum up, I'm surprised everything went that smooth and from top to bottom this was a wonderful experience.
100% recommended.

Residently offered me a nice place to stay while in New York, and the location is amazing; Overall service is excellent, because of the COVID situation, they helped me moving out and find someone to overtake the apartment. Sophia and Mike have been very helpful and responsive all the time. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future!

Lovely company to deal with, would highly recommend, everyone is so kind and their work is great! cant complain about anything.

-Apparently the majority of the team is consistently in meetings, in hospital and on holiday (during a global lockdown?).
-Had to include a third party to get back our deposit
I will work hard to ensure I have nothing to do with this company again.
