The customer sevice doesn't respond
The customer sevice doesn't respond. Tried texting and emailing, but still doesn't work. It's been 10 days, I haven't received tracking number.
Reliable and accurate ordering and deliveries. A reliable vendor that I have dealt with before and have nothing but good things to say about them!
This season is the second time I have ordered gifts for my managers through ReserveBar, and I have nothing but good things to say about working with these folks. Their prices are reasonable, and they do what they say they'll do both accurately and timely. This year I ordered a bottle of champagne and a bottle of Irish whiskey for each manager for a Xmas gift from the company, and they showed up on time, and no errors in the order. What more can you ask for from a vendor?

I placed a pre-order for an item that was set to ship on November 30th (which was also the day I submitted the order). Fast forward to the 12th of December when I sent an email asking when I can expect the order to ship since it clearly isn't the 30th as stated. No response even after waiting longer than the requested 72 hours. I call three times with no luck as they only have an automated system saying you need to use the chat function on their website. Tried reaching out in the chat and waited over an hour and a half with no response. Attempted to reach out on Instagram with no response despite them actively posting at the time.
At this point I've given up hope on my item ever shipping and am now attempting to cancel the order with absolutely no luck at all. Fingers crossed this gets resolved before 2023.

Wish I read these reviews BEFORE I ordered. Atrocious customer service. My order was made on Dec 5, and order status has remained the same. Filled out several forms that give the same status. Can't get a human to talk to. Even for written inquiries they tell you it takes 5 days to respond. TERRIBLE SERVICE

Horrible service - verges on being a scam
On 11/16 I ordered a special bottle of Bourbon as a Christmas gift for my husband. Received no info on shipping. On 12/5, I emailed asking for an update. Within 2 days, I got a shipment notification with delivery date of 12/11. 12/11 came...and nothing. Have checked tracking each day since, and the delivery date moves by one day each time.
After a couple unanswered emails, I get a reply today that my order has been CANCELLED - less than 2 weeks before Christmas.
Sham company?
Didn't receive item... didn't receive tracking number...my email or phone number doesn't register with a purchase with the company now having doubts company is legitimate. Disputing this transaction with PayPal and credit card company and want refund. Communication with this company has also been horrendous.

I ordered whiskey. I never received an email confirmation, but I was charged. I located my order # as it showed up for a few days in the 'tracking order' on their site, and then a few days go by and there's 'no such order #' when I attempt to track it. They do not make a phone line available, and there customer service is non-responsive when going through their website. In fact, other than automated email saying they'll reach out within 72 hours, there was no way to communicate with them. I would stay away if you have other alternatives ... unless you want to take a chance on everything going smoothly.

I ordered some Whoopi Goldberg Prosecco for Thanksgiving and my order was supposedly lost. It took nearly three weeks to receive a refund after all of the excuses and assurances that my order was "on its way." I finally received an email stating my order was "lost." It was difficult to even receive a reply to my inquiry via email because ReserveBar does not respond in a timely manner. You also cannot get through their phone lines. Terrible customer service. I will never order from them again! I do not recommend ReserveBar!
Good in some markets, terrible in others
Two years in a row, I order a birthday bottle of Scotch for my brother who lives in MN and it arrives in two days. So I order myself a bottle, they charge my credit card and state Kings Wine and Liquor in New York City will fulfill the order in 3-7 days. When it doesn't arrive, I leave a message on the Reserve Bar (RB) website. Nothing heard for a week, so I call Customer Service and they say they will look into it. Still no word back or my bottle of Scotch. I call Kings Wine and Liquor in New York and they have never heard of much less fulfilled an order for RB. Very frustrating and time consuming. RB is a great idea (the Uber of Booze), but way less than stellar execution. Proceed with caution!
Bad business and illegal
Ordered a gift bottle that was available on their site. Weeks went by and then I get an email that my order is canceled. Had to scramble to find another gift. Lists items that they can't get. Plus they charge your credit card without verifying the item is avail (which is illegal in my state) and then does nothing until you complain. Horrible site.

Whoopie Goldberg Prosecco Price Misreprested
The View advertised Whoopie Goldbergs Prosecco nationally on TV as available through Reserve Bar at $21.99. They even stated to order through them at this price!
Well when I went to order it came up as $27.99 and through back and forth emails Reserve Bar claims it has nothing to do with them even though they negotiated this agreement with ABC.
Zero customer service from Reserve Bar!!
I wouldn't order anything from this simply based on their response and unwillingness to satisfy a consumer.
Unreliable!
Wow, exact same issue others mentioned with gift orders. I ordered for custom engraving, marked as shipped, got nothing. I reach out to customer service and they say "oh it was already delivered, thanks for reaching out". Except it was NOT. After a few days of silence i tell them I am proceeding with a chargeback and miraculously they found out that item never shipped and they will "expedite". At this point I just don't trust them and am sure will have to go with the chargeback.

took nearly 6 months from pre-order to delivery. 3-4 months after the bottle was avail in my market,
saw the bottle all over town, and just had to wait on reserve bar. Completely useless information updates from customer service.
