Frustrating talking to robot
Frustrating talking to robot. She repeated our conversations, she told me only 2.5 miles from train station and after purchase I learn it’s 4 miles. Conversation was aggravating and took way longer than I had hoped it would!

Unsure who or what I was talking to
I was never sure if I was talking to a person or electronic. Everytime I spoke it never caught my full sentence. Unbelievably bad experience
Unbelievably bad experience. Attempted to make a reservation, Spoke to “Jolene” Not sure if this were a real person or a “bot” but the call kept having a pause/disruption did not seem legit, very difficult conveying information. The caller took all my credit card info then proceeded to tell me she was having a difficult time with the internet, transferred me to customer service, was on hold for a long time no one answered. I will be calling my credit card company and disputing the charge . Will be cancelling the reservation. Also notifying the BBB…

Awful experience booking at Radison Hotel Seattle AirPort
My room was not booked at the price i was quoted.
I never agreed to book a room at the price on my Amex card - and to add insult to injury, i was informed that this price was NOT REFUNDABLE!!!
