Always polite,helpfull and respective staff.

Polite, friendly efficient and good at doing their job. 👍

Easy to make an appointment, punctual arrival, friendly and efficient, site left clean and tidy.

After a month of problems with unblocking the sink u-bend and outdoor pipes, Jamie and Zack did a magic job and we are completely satisfied now!!

The driver was excellent (Andy), did a great job, and was very friendly. Even took the time to explain about the process. Overall I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We were having some problems with drainage in the block of flats. When the engineers arrived on site the work required was much more complex and involved than we had originally thought. After a difficult start to the day Jamie and Zack came up with a new plan and worked efficiently. It was a difficult job as they had to visit each flat individually at short notice and they showed excellent customer skills in dealing with my residents. I'm very happy with the work completed. Very polite and respectful young men.

Jamie and a colleague are dealing with kitchen pipe maintenance in my block of flats. I was having problems with my bathroom wash basin so he kindly helped me out and explained how to deal with a similar problem in the future.

Jamie from Rescue Rod delivered outstanding service when we needed it most. He responded quickly to our emergency blocked drain and handled the situation with true professionalism. His work was thorough and clearly done with long-term results in mind, giving us real confidence in the fix. We really appreciated his hard work, attention to detail, and promptness—especially as he came out over the weekend with such a positive, cheerful attitude. Highly recommended to anyone dealing with drain issues!

Jamie was brilliant. Didn’t take him long to sort out my drainage problem. He definitely knows his stuff well. Happy with the service from Rescue Rod.

Greg never fails to help out!! I run an off mains drainage sector and frequently have last minute and often urgent needs for a tank empty and he delivers every time. Further he has been brilliant to any customer I have sent their way. Would highly recommend, thanks (H)

Lovely friendly staff on the phone and very helpful driver

Efficient; understood the technology; listened to and noted requirements of a new treatment plant; dealt with the job efficiently; left the site clean and tidy; bright, pleasant and co-operative staff; offered jet-washing service if required.

10/10 service!
Enquired on the weekend, got a call Monday morning and they were out that afternoon and sorted out my issue! Amazing service, and Andrew who carried out the work, well he was an absolute gem! Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Great Service! Friendly, helpful and efficient staff both in the office for bookings and the operatives for the works.

Efficient & friendly service from Gregg over the telephone to book the appointment. Andrew who came to empty our septic tank was very professional, polite and made such an effort to leave everything tidy. Thank you all.

Rescue Rod arrived on time, did an efficient and tidy job and as usual Pavel was polite and pleasant to deal with. No complaints at all.

We had a blocked drain which was quickly and efficiently cleared. Also the whole drain system was washed through to clean it out. We are very thankful!

Had a minor emergency with a blocked and full septic tank. Visitors arriving the next morning so no time to delay.

Called and a man arrived within a couple of hours.

Very pleasant and helpful chap - job was done in no time at all.

Would definitely recommend.

Workmen arrived on site prompt and early to begin the work, they got the job done quickly and will leave the garden all raked out and tidy. The Director himself actually came round too and personally apologised for the miscommunication of no one coming the day before due to staff sickness and arranged for the trench in the front garden to be dug and shingled even though it hadn't been specified on the job requirement. Can tell he really cares about his company and providing a good customer experience and it isn't very often you would find the Director of the company himself willing to come out so I am very happy with the overall experience, job and the level of customer care so the 5 stars is well deserved. Thank you again.

This company was given the job of redirecting a kitchen waste pipe to replace a 1 1/2" steel pipe running under the house to a trap before going into an earthenware pipe leading to the main drain.
The new 4" pipe had to be laid running down the side of the property across the front lawn (using a mechanical digger) to a drain access chamber.
In 3 1/2 days the job was done in a most expert fashion - leaving the site each day tidy. The grass taken up was relaid as the pipework progressed. The men who did the job were polite and very approachable and clearly knew what they were doing.
The staff at head office were most helpful.
We engaged this company having seen their work at a neighbour's house who had a mains water leak. As with our situation you'd never know they had been.
Their plumber, Tim Baker of Dorset County Water engaged to connect up the pipework under the sink to the gully outside also did an excellent job.
This company comes highly recommended.
