i am a landlord of serval hundred places for over 20 years so experienced many household issues . This complicated drian blockage has bugged me for many years . Had numerous contractors out over this period to this address - yes got unblocked - but never got to the cause - so could be a few months a few weeks or even a few days but would block again . Many reasons given , tenants fat . horizontal pipe work ect - even a camera couldnt find issue due to the complicated pipework . Andy came out and would not be beaten until found the actual cause - trying every thing to eliminate each potential senerio. hours later traced to some sagging obscure pipework in the basement . VERY IMPRESSED

Very prompt and efficient service. THe driver was pleasant and efficient and the system of booking for and paying for the service on line was easy.

Resuce Rod relaid our main water supply, and they were incredibly professional, tidy, and thorough during the entire process.

All interactions with them were pleasant, and they got the work done within a day, which was fantastic.

The tanker had to cross a paddock to reach the septic tank. The driver was polite and efficient, emptied the tank quickly and left everything tidy. The office staff are also good if you need to find out something.

I had a septic tank empty. Overall had a good experience with both the office and the driver. All staff very friendly, driver was a nice guy.

It was my first tank empty since moving and it turned out we had a lot more than expected. The driver offered to take all of it, to which we agreed, the additional price wasn't mentioned at the time. The driver had to go an empty before coming back to finish.

When we got the invoice it was over double the quote, more than happy to pay for the extra waste fee but we were charged an additional £70 for extra time on site. From my understanding this is charged when jobs are complicated by poor access, or digging out a cover etc. we have extremely easy access, the office reviewed the taco and it was charged for time spent disposing and pumping additional load (we were paying for the additional load anyway and disposing is offsite so can't say I agree). I queried with the office, they were very nice but stuck to the charge.

Overall I would use them again, they did a great job but my feedback would be to review how the time on site fee is applied.

I rang Greg Hicks (Group Transport Manager) with regards a suspected water leak and he directed me to Roger Martindale to whom I explained my longstanding problem with regards my water bill / suspected leak and he arranged for an engineer to come and see me / my property the day after.
Stuart Fear arrived bang on time and within no time Stuart had waived his magic wand and found /fixed the problem which has been a life change as this leak has been going on for several months .
I cannot thank Stuart enough an absolutely delightful chap and a pleasure to have met him .

Ian the driver/tank emptier was brilliant. The drain cover was really stuck and he worked at it for ages until he sorted it. COUld easily have moved on saying it wasn't his job to do that.

I write to commend the outstanding performance of your team in replacing the old and corroded mains water pipe between my water meter and my house, a run of about 30m that required 2.5 days' work on 14,15,16 July 2026. These days were in a 30C degree heatwave.
The work was commissioned and overseen by my regular plumber, Kai, at Hunterwood Heating & Plumbing. Your team was Jack Wright leading two Steves, Oscar and an electrician for connections.
The weather was punishingly hot, digging 5 pits in heavy clay and moling between them. I have seldom seen such hard graft on a job like this. Jack showed great professional confidence and quiet leadership.
The job was thorough, effective, and the resulting improvement to my mains supply is a great joy. They left the site clean and tidy. Thank you.

Competent driver/operator who carried out the emptying of our septic tank efficiently, and was pleasant to deal with.

Today Friday 16th July 2026 we had a blockage in our kitchen drain downstream of the U bend.RR were contacted at 3pm and told we had an emergency as the sink needed to be regularly baled to prevent flooding,The drain services 3 flats.Their manAndy Jones came promptly and cleared the blockage.He was very professional and fun.He gave us practical advice to avoid any future problems.Excellent service

The whole process from quoting to receiving invoice was well communicated. The work carried out in really hot weather was professionally done with the garden left very clean and tidy.

Highly Recommend Rescue Rod Group. Greg Hicks was very helpful and responsive when I said I needed my Septic Tank emptying as soon as possible. In fact they came the same day, no extra charge and Ben who came to empty was very professional and friendly. Excellent all round.

Great experience and service from Andy Jones today - a couple of outside drains had blocked and were flooding the back of our building. Andy cleared them without hesitation and explained what he was doing AND cleaned up which was well appreciated.
