Rescue Rod Group Anmeldelser

I needed to contact the Andover branch of Rescue Rod today for support with a vulnerable family in the area, I was meet with unwavering compassion and understanding from the service manager, Greg who went above and beyond to offer immediate support. I can not speak more highly of this company.

The tanker guys are brilliant. They go the extra mile to be super helpful. The office staff are the same.

On time and super efficient and very helpful driver Andrew Kane

I was personally recommended to this Company, and I am so glad I contacted them. I was so worried when I called as I had a badly blocked kitchen/outside drain.
Robyn who dealt with my issue, she was kind, supportive and very well informed. Amazing Company and I would not use anyone else moving forward.

Prompt visit. Friendly clear explanation
Happy to use them again if needed

Maintenance visit easily booked, Engineer Freddie did his usual efficient job aided by Marc as access lid is very heavy. Thank you both!

Absolutely brilliant service .
Telephoned them on Sunday of a bank holiday Monday weekend and they arrived Tuesday morning at 7:45 to empty my tank

Clear pricing, quick appointment, quickly solved the problem and checked other drains as well.

This is the first time I had to call anyone regarding a blocked drain.

From my initial call to the problem being resolved, everything went without a hitch.

All staff I spoke to in the office, and Marty who sorted the blockage, were polite, courteous and so helpful.

I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs such services .

Very quick response to deal with an emergency residential drainage issue. The engineer, who arrived within 2 hours, assessed the situation and explained clearly and how the problem will be resolved. The site was left clean and tidy. Excellent service.

Quick and excellent service. The problem was identified and rectified immediately, a huge relief!

Prompt, friendly and thorough service for desludging my tank at reasonable cost.

Excellent service from the initial call to request urgent assistance with a water leak to the response time and works being carried out next day. Many Thanks to the Plumber Tim, plus Mike and Robbie the groundsmen team for carrying out their works in an orderley and tidy way - really impressed with the finished area. Honestly we would not know works had been carried out in the garden if we hadn't witnessed it first hand.

Jamie was very professional with a real passion for doing the job properly while he was on site with us.
Very impressed and would defiantly use them again.

Jamie diagnosed the problem very quickly explained what was needed. Worked quickly and kept us updated
along the way.
He was cheerfull and showed experience in his knowledge of the system. His work was very professional leaving the site clean and tidy on completion. Very satisfactory service.

We had an issue with our kitchen sink, and when Jamie came, he was able to fix it quickly, not only explaining what was wrong but also offering a permanent fix. Nice service.

Spoke to Dominic who was a great help and gave very good information and returned my call quickly. Andy came out in the truck and worked like a trojan, he was polite, professional and worked hard to get our tank cleared very efficiently, I have saved the company details and will be returning in future for our tank clearing. Thank you RM Liquid Disposal

Rescue Rod helped us out hugely by emptying our tank very quickly , when we had a problem with excessive rainwater - and they gave us good advice on how to cope with the unusual weather conditions

As a private resident I’ve been using RM liquid disposal for many years. Their efficiency and service is excellent, attending drivers always do a thorough job leaving everything clean and tidy.
I would highly recommend RM liquid disposal a very professional team.
