I am filing this review as a formal warning against CanadianVisa.org for what appears to be a deceptive and fraudulent practice.
I paid a total of $4,899 USD to this company for Canadian visa processing services. After receiving my payment, they failed to deliver the agreed service.
Key issues I faced:
No genuine visa processing was initiated
Communication became inconsistent and unprofessional
No clear updates, timeline, or documentation provided
Instead of fulfilling the service, they attempted to negotiate a partial settlement, which is unacceptable
This behavior strongly indicates “service not provided” fraud, which violates basic consumer protection principles and payment network rules (Visa/Mastercard).
I have already initiated a chargeback dispute with my bank under the reason "services not rendered". If necessary, I am fully prepared to escalate this case further, including reporting to:
Financial Ombudsman Service
Consumer Protection Authorities
Relevant regulatory bodies

No wonder this wordl is a dumpster on fire, these imbeciles think losing 2 grand is a joke, for those reading please be aware of a scammer who goes by the name of Aliaksandra Kurbacheva, she steals names of genuines businesses and their registered VAT to lure you into buying her shit, in other words , you pay , get a fake tracking number and get nothing.

This seems to be the reviews police Action Fraud website for those with a registered account. The link above seems to take you to the log in page. The Trustpilot reviews for the main Action Fraud website has well over 1,000 reports. Most are not good.

if this has been set up using tax payers money it should be closed down. I have just spent about 4 hours trying to report a fraudulent company IHearMore who sell hearing aids to the UK public purporting to be despatched from UK. .Website now closed down and funds have to be recovered from credit card company if you can.
They are based in China but Action Fraud is so badly run that you just cant get anywhere with them whether it be through their online chat , trying to submit a report and register a complaint or actually chatting on the phone to an operator who is just clueless. Its no wonder there is so much fraudulent activity. Fraudsters must be having a field day.

International fraud company

I could not register as it was too complicated.
I got an email from them giving me another opportunity to register.
I replied to the email explaining the scam and explained it was too complicated to register while I was nervous but I think it was a do not reply email address.

Horrible- No Real Support Waste of Time
I called 999, then 101 who asked me to call them. After horrible waste of time as gentleman came.. asking my detail, I gave all my details then asked to setup a memorable password that I declined due to my personal memory issues. The gentleman declined to take my concern. Someone is misusing my details and registered a retail company, surprisingly, Companies house registered this fraud person who is not resident of UK, HRMC and Barclays and other companies are sending the letters on my address to this CEO using my details. I was shocked to know how difficult is it to report a fraud and crime and how easy it is to make UK govt fool. Deeply disappointed with the service and like water scandal, the UK govt must demolish this agency as the people are not doing their job but earn fortunes, getting decent salaries.

If I could give zero I would give zero because this is waste of time speaking giving your details they don't do anything this service should be removed and have a team that will take things more seriously when there is a fraudulent case when there is evidence and information these Action fraud don't do anything I think this service Action Fraud team need to be closed and the government should have a team that actually deal with matters

I've just finished a preliminary chat with ActionFraud regarding a potentially fraudulent Ebay seller. Ebay didn't give a damn and Action Fraud weren't remotely interested either. I got some half educated child who said they couldn't take a report because they were unaware of the man's company committing fraud. I asked him how they would ever be aware of a fraud being committed if they paid no attention to suspicions put to them about it. He told me to contact the Consumer advice people. I told him it wasn't a consumer issue and reiterated that I was trying to report a potential fraud. He left the chat without another word.

So I tried. It seems, however, that the people in charge just can't be bothered to even look at the suspicious activity I uncovered.

Frankly, if this seller is at it, he deserves to get away with it. I'm now just royally hacked off at the complete and utter apathy displayed by the people who are supposed to be in the job of enforcing the law.
Action Fraud should be disbanded.

Absolute joke of a web site is it payed for by public tax payers. You can't report any thing on this convoluted rubbish. It's extremely difficult to use and slower than a comatose tortoise.

Useless service. No action taken at all. Attacked by hackers, Facebook account, all personal info accessed. Hackers have created fake accounts on my name on Meta Business. Now I have to pay bills for illegal adds and actions made on my name, something I do not have any control, and police does not take any action nor give any guidance or advice on what to do next. Laptop destroyed by hackers. Very distressed. Appalling reaction of indifference from police.

This site is a fob. Don't waste ur time accept you no longer have an identity and no longer can get a bank account ANYEHERE and come to terms that they are getting rid of cash.

My life has been so hard for 2 years I'm barely surviving.

It gets 1 star because the system won't allow me to give them less. A Organisation that screams to be de funded. Reported a £100.000.00 fraud heard nothing for 10 months. Then get a so called welfare call. This I curtailed when it became clear they had no interest in the crime. Next thing I know is I get a call from the County Ambulance service seems Action Fraud had call that other useless service the Plod who intern had notified the County Ambulance that I was going to top myself. They wanted to know when they should send the Ambulance. WTF.

I wanted to express my sincere thanks to a lady called Megan. During a telephone call lasting over 2 hours she showed patience, knowledge and empathy so much so that she delayed a doctors appointment to ensure my report was dealt with.
This lady is a real credit to Action Fraud UK.

What a useless outfit! I'm computer literate but the process they require to register and report a crime is so long and tortuous that I gave up in despair. The process simply has not been thought through. How many other people simply give up? It must mean that their services are little used...

I reported a very serious crime this afternoon and all the necessary information was as provided. As usual, I was told that it will not be investigated, but that it will recorded as a crime. Please someone help me make sense of this pathetic modus operandi of this useless organisation!

Should be named Recording Fraud - Don’t expect any actual Action. Every time anyone in my family has been involved with a fraud, and it’s been several times in different guises, AF reply that they cannot pursue the matter, despite being given reams of evidence, and in some case, actually telling them exactly where the high value scammed goods were stored. People need to understand that this just seems to be an office of very junior uninterested clerks ticking boxes, there is no one involved who does anything in terms of catching, preventing or arresting the criminals. It is a total waste of time, and just giving a load of useless administrators wages out of taxpayers money.

Order sent toMEREPACK which no longer on line! A ring arrived not ordered from MEREPACK stating this had been sent in error and my clothes order sent to wrong address.
I asked for refund and would post ring back if they pay postage.
They declined said to keep the ring and would offer me a part refund.
I said no thank you . This went on for weeks I complained and was told they would give me a 70% refund by now I was tired of it all so said yes.i am still waiting.
This is a scam as I was sent this by mistake showing all the other people they have scammed I do have a list and it's hundreds !
