I bought GM505 Rolex GMT-Master II 126719 Pepsi Oyster Bracelet Blue Dial on 05/05/2024. It's only last for one year. Order #000002087. The watch is good looking, but it only last less than 8 months. I have a real one, but I wanted one for using the unsafe area. Contact this company is terrible - not worth your time. Don't waste your money.

Was trying to purchase but my payment has been failed. Tried a different card still failed. Then, I received an email from Replicavalley Support with a message, “Sorry, we have custom issue delivery to USA. Please try elsewhere- FYI!

I ordered a Pepsi GMT, the crown gears were stripped out of the package. Cannot adjust the time, cannot adjust the date, it is useless. I wrote asking for instructions to repair, no reply.
I wrote again, no reply.
I wrote again, saying I would write this bad review on Trustpilot, no reply.
A few folks have had good luck with them, most have not.
They clearly don't care, and just want your money.

I’m disappointed with my experience. I ordered a watch from this company overseas and received an order confirmation, but since then communication has stopped. I’ve contacted the company multiple times for an update and have received no response. While I understand international shipping can take time, the complete lack of communication is unacceptable. At this point, I’m still waiting for confirmation that the watch has shipped or any clear update on my order. I will update this review depending on how this is resolved and whether the watch is delivered.

Completely regret buying from Replica Valley. The watch arrived on time but is literally unwearable. The band cannot be adjusted or resized in any way.
Customer support sent instructions for a completely different band and then went silent. Multiple emails. No response. No solution.
If you need a watch that actually fits your wrist or a company that responds after taking your money, do not buy here. Absolute waste.

watch they sent didn't work right. sent it back for repairs and have had no communication since they just ignore me . I'm out close to $400 and they don't seem to care. none of the addresses even show up as businesses on google-maps

I found the Quality of these to be as great as could be six different levels of available timepieces with A AA,AAA,AAAA,& so on till you reach unbelievable heights

Awesome watches ive never actually purchased myself from here but i have three gifts from a friend in usa.Great watches will be getting one soon that's for sure.

I'm beyond satisfied with my watch. It was packaged well. I took it to a jeweler to take out two links for my wrist and the jeweler even stated how good this watch looked. I had no issues with this company. I WILL be ordering again.

I would give them a Negitive 1 star if it was possible. No customer service number and billed me more then it was supposed to be .They clearly state that shipping in the U.S. is free and I assume Texas is part of the U.S. still ...and billed me 47$ for shipping announcement after payment is made ....I would say this is for sure deceptive business practice..READ REVEIWS BEFORE GOING HERE

I was extremely happy with the watch I purchased several months ago - until I put it into my winder with my genuine rolex and found that it consistently stopped after about a day. Multiple emails back to the company offered little help. It wasn't until the 3rd email that they admitted this WAS NOT an automatic movement and would require winding every 24 hours. For the gross misrepresentation of the watch, all I was ever offered was a discount/refund of 20% of the purchase price. Horrible customer service considering that they outright lied about the product they were selling. I should have been offered a full refund, or been provided with the watch with the automatic movement that is advertised on their site. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Order was placed. Then I was told that FedEx doesn't deliver to PA due to the fact that it doesn't like PA. It's their exact word, not mine. So they have to ship it to FL first so that they have to charge extra. Then I was told that package shipment was canceled. They kept giving me excuses and told me that I will have an update on September 2. As of today, they told me to elsewhere. They are scammer. Don't shop here.

These guys are complete idiots. I ordered one watch from them and was going to order 3 more but they sent me an email saying we can’t do business with you shop somewhere else. I would stay away from this company.

Well, again. Order number #000007577. I’m sick of these Clowns. They stole my money, and plus they got out of it probably laughing on a reliable costumer like me. I’d never got the freaking watch, plus no refund, no replies. F this poor, weak, robbers.

Poor customer service I never received my package. They didn’t send me a tracking number. I reached out to support by email. They said they would send it out. I never got it and I still don’t have my package or a refund

Scam Alert – Stay Away from ReplicaValley.net!

I placed an order and paid $233.00 USD via PayPal after receiving an email from ReplicaValley.net requesting payment. Shortly after, they sent another email saying: “Ok. Please cancel this payment if possible. Due to tariffs we can’t ship new orders or replacements to the United States at all now.”

I immediately contacted PayPal, and they informed me that the seller must be the one to request the cancellation—which they never did. Since then, ReplicaValley has completely ignored all my emails and provided no refund or support.

Thank goodness it wasn’t a larger amount, but I feel sorry for anyone else who may lose more. This company is clearly unreliable and behaves like a scam operation.

Avoid ReplicaValley.net at all costs—they’ll take your money and leave you in the dark. Do not trust this website: replicavalley.net

I should have came here first . They took my money said it shipped but the tracking was fake now they won’t email back ! What a scam

I tried to log in 3 weeks after my purchase and when I do it says "out of service". What a rip of almost 200 bucks. Screw me once.... never ever trust these horrible people.

Seeing as this is the only place I can get a response from this place Ill say again that they refuse to refund my money despite them approving my cancellation prior to shipping the item. When I attempted contact via whats app as directed I was told refunds are usually a few hours but now mine would take a long time. Then stopped responding. I filed a dispute via paypal but they also wont respond there. Oh yea, they also deleted my account. Then responded to my last review stating my item shipped. Which is a flat out lie. They are nothing but lying scammers. Just refund my money you scumbag.
