don't answer email or send purchase receipts. I ordered 4 watches and do not know if they are in the process of being sent. They didn't have any problem taking my money.
I placed an order for a watch with diamonds on their website and later received an email that the watch is not in stock. The seller then proceeded to try and sell me a similar watch [without] diamonds. I explained that this isn't the watch I wanted and asked the seller to just cancel the transaction and issue a refund. The seller stated he would cancel the order and issue a refund within 24-72 hours. However, that time period passed and I still did not receive my refund. It seemed as if the seller wasn't willing to issue a refund until I opened up a PayPal case and then mysteriously the next day, the seller knew how to issue a refund. With that being said, I caution potential buyers that are considering purchasing a watch from this website. The seller has items listed that he does not have in stock and will try to sell you something that you aren't interested in and doesn't seem to want to honor the cancellation and issuing of a refund. Again, if you are thinking about making a purchase, I would tread with caution.
We recently purchased 2 Rolex watches from AAAwatches, The customer service was always quick to answer any questions we had prior to receiving them. That's an A+ right there. Delivery was faster than anticipated, which was another plus. The quality is absolutely beautiful! My wife and I were both amazed. Stunning was my wife's first response. I have owned Rolex watches in the past and the one I received is awesome. We plan of buying a couple more soon. Many thanks to AAAwatches.
