Absolute scam merchants. Ordered a watch in error and contacted them within an hour to cancel. Was told the order was ‘being processed’ and that to cancel would incur significant costs! I threatened them with trading standards and after ignoring several emails they eventually agreed to provide a refund - but didn’t. Instead, I received a poorly made, cheap quality replica. Avoid this company at all costs!

I have just received my new watch and I have to say it’s amazing, the quality is outstanding and the weight is good. Would definitely buy from this company again. Communication was great although it did take 2 weeks to arrive it was worth the wait

What a fantastic service! I accidentally purchased three watches but the company immediately refunded me for two with no quibble. the watch is really good quality and I am very pleased with it. it takes around 8-12 days to arrive in a tracked package. The communication was excellent and answered my queries on the first business day. I have no problem recommending this company and it is a trusted service. I will use this company again now that my family and friends have seen not only are they a trusted company in amongst a lot of internet scammers, but the quality of the goods are second to none.

Took it to Timpsons and had size adjusted happy days.
Fact I slept all night with it on wrist is a statement in itself, if a watch isn't comfortable you tend to take them off especially before bed.

I purchased two (x2) watches. One worked and is working perferctly the other had a fault. aaawatch replaced the faulty watch quickly with no fuss.

Watch came with crown broken, when I emailed the company there was no response until I opened a case on pay pal , I didnt have time to send the watch back in the time frame given so lost my money on the watch that is now broken and useless

Very very poor quality, the bezel isn't secure,the movement is terrible and the crown does not screw in

AVOID THIS SITE. Two of the watches I ordered were not available. Company would not let me have refund for these, but kept badgering until i accepted two replacement watches. When my watches arrived, two were faulty within one week. Again wouldn't accept them returned for a refund. I opened a PayPal case but was badgered into closing it and accepting replacement watches. One month on, watches arrived, but not the same as I paid for. They tell me as long as they have replaced them with a high end watch, it is correct!! Moral of this story is - if you find yourself caught out by these companies, and you open a PayPal case - DO NOT CLOSE IT, you cannot reopen it once closed, AND THEY KNOW THIS. SCAMMERS. I have reported them to Action Fraud UK.

Have ordered several replica watches now. Very pleased with all of them. Good quality, and they keep very good time. Can track delivery with Royal Mail, once item is in this country. Have emailed the seller on a few occasions and have always had a prompt response. Will definitely be ordering again in the future.

**AVOID** scam people do not purchase anything from this site, the watches are bad quality they ignore you, requested cancellation took them a week to respond and then they said ‘too late’ whatever it says in their site are lies.dont send your money to the people they are untrustworthy, you will only get stung!

This company are nothing but fake fraudsters and scammers. I ordered a watch same day I asked them to cancel, they ignored me for days I kept emailing and emailing for them to tell me after the 7th day ‘too late your order has been shipped’ they purposely ignored my request to cancel because they have my money, even though it states in their website, contact us for returns and cancellations. their website states wrong information. Again they are scammers DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!! A dispute over it is being dealt with. And il continue to destroy this company’s reputation

If you want to spend £200 a month on a watch this is the company for you as that’s how long they last and this is there response

We noticed that you received this watch on February 28 and have been using it for almost two months.
The watch is a precision instrument. Improper use or dropping may cause damage to the internal movement, so the warranty period is only one month, please understand!Thank you.

We suggest you repair it locally at your own expense.
Or, we will send you a new one and you only need to pay half of the original price, thank you! AMAZING THAT THEY WOULD REPLACE FOR HALF THE ORIGINAL COST OF THE WATCH FOR THAT TO BREAK WITHIN A 6 WEEK PERIOD SO ITS OUT OF A 4 WEEK WARRANTY.

Third review of this company. Not only refusing to pay my refund for faulty watch now refusing to return said watch for which I paid good money. Totally ignoring all attempts at contact. Do not buy from this company that are complete frauds.
