Great service from Jonathan and the team, who kept me informed of the process and patiently answered my endless question. My Junghans Chronoscope was in dire need of repair, with cracked glass and the stopwatch function not working. RBP returned it to its previous glory, including brand new original Junghans strap. Looks like new, works well, and I will be back for regular maintenance. Couldn't recommend the service enough, despite being initially apprehensive about my cherished valuable being handled remotely.

I inherited my uncles watch when he died. A Mont Blanc Flyback. I found Repairs by post online as one of the hands had fallen off. I emailed them and said I had no idea of the value and sent them some pictures which they "assessed". I was advised to send them the watch which I did.
Next thing I get an automated invoice email for £28 with the note "Fake/Replica". So not only do I find out the watch I inherited from my deceased uncle is a fake by an automated email but they want me to pay £28 for it's return. I then found deep in their T&Cs the return should cost £24.
Their website says send the watch for free but they hide the return postage fee in T&Cs they know nobody reads.
They seem dishonest, insensitive and greedy to me.

Don't be lazy like me, take it to your local Jewler instead.

Good service from start to finish, kept informed of progress, took a little longer than expected but believe it was a part issue. Would highly recommend this company

Re Customer Service?
After sending text to the md requiring the return of my watch, I received a text from customer service explaining that a chat with me and to use a link to schedule a call. Unfortunately, I was recuperating ill health with my daughter in Texas and would wait till I returned to England.
31st March the md phoned me to confirm that the watch was posted with Royal Mail and it must be that the watch had gone missing somewhere along the line. Neither of my next door neighbours had a package for me left with them and Confirmed this.
The md then said he would have to contact his insurance company for settlement. I had a fairly good idea of the valuation having gone online to check the prices of my Enicar Sherpa 300 Graph watch.
I am pleased to confirm that the money has been paid into my account, which restored my confidence and trust with RbP and the managing director,
I must be partially to blame as well for not nagging continually for the return of my watch. But being 82 next month, I decided that I could no longer be as patient as I had been.
So all is well that ends well. For that reason, I have awarded 4stars

I had my Omega serviced & repaired. Though the repair took longer than expected, the result was superb. The watch now functions as it should and it looked brand new when it was returned. Highly recommend!

Submitted a Mondaine watch which had been knackered by our local jewellers after a battery change. Watch returned in full working order as expected and it's still going!

Very satisfied with the service all round. I had some worries about sending my watch by post but it was very well tracked, the other reviews reassuring and repair done perfectly and promptly. Definitely a good, better value service than going to Bvlgari direct.

I sent my 55year old Rolex oyster for service and repair,with I must confess a little trepidation given the value and the sentimental nature of the watch.
I was pleasantly surprised with the way in which the job was done.
I was kept informed at all stages and the watch was returned in as new condition and is more accurate than it has been for years

The company kept me fully informed throughout the proceeds , my Swiss Army was repaired , cleaned and returned in perfect condition .

Communication was great, kept informed all the way from the watch being delivered to them and throughout the repairs, great service, I highly recommend repairs by post.

Very disappointed, I sent my watch for free quote and was quoted £500 for a repair which I couldn’t afford. So I requested for my watch to be sent back but instead I had to negotiate with a staff member over the phone in order for the company to agree to return my watch.

Then I received an invoice for £30 to return my watch to me, which when I queried this, I was told that my watch is a vintage and high value watch and somewhere buried deep in the T&C’s states that the return cost is £29.95 instead of the normal £12.95.

I really can’t understand why there are so many other reviews that seem so good for this company when I feel like I have been mis-lead and feel ripped off.

I would advise anyone who wants to deal with this company to first request full costs with full clarification prior to engaging to avoid feeling like I do.

Although it took a long time to repair my gold watch strap (it is very intricate) they have done a perfect job. It looks as good as new when I was given it in 1999. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you so much.
