I ordered a brown crocodile skin Birkin which came in less than a fortnight and I was extremely pleased with it. The helpfulness of the customer relations (Emma) were marvellous and I have now ordered another 'crocodile' in turtle dove grey and I am waiting in anticipation.

Bags are beautiful. Lots of choice of colours. The leather is soft and feels luxurious. Certainly worth the money. Shipping was via yodel and I initially had a problem but Emma helped sort without any fuss. Definitely recommend and will use again.

It's a lovely bag - style,shape and beautifully packaged. Delivery was 8 working days, which isn't too bad, BUT...I was very sceptical about it being genuine leather. However, after a few days, the smell of the plasticky coating wears off and you receive wiffs of genuine leather. It is worth every penny of the £60 I paid. They offer a fantastic range of colours Don't hesitate to get one for yourself!

I had become a little concerned as to the whereabouts of my bag. I emailed Emma, and she was kind enough to locate my bag and give me an approximate date of when my bag would be delivered. When I received my bag, I was so pleased by the way they had carefully packed it and the condition that I received it and it was beautiful. I was skeptical at first, because I thought I had been scammed because of the duration of the time it took from purchase to getting to my door, but I had no concerns for worry, as it turned out. If you are contemplating buying one of these bags, I strongly agree that you should act on your impulse and buy one, as I was so happy to get mine, and I was highly satisfied with the quality, the feel, and the color. I will definitely buy another one from this company.

I received my bag in 10 days, the box was completely squashed, which I totally expected from Relay. Thankfully the bag was intact and perfectly packaged to give you a nice unwrapping experience. I ordered a Birk etoupe 25 and it’s absolutely gorgeous. Can’t stop watching that. I love everything about it, the stitches, the shape, the hardware and the colour. Will order again and definitely recommend it to my friends 👍❤️

Hab die Florvane bestellt und muss sagen ich bin sehr angetan. Sieht ist aus Leder und die Verarbeitung sehr gut.

Leider dachte jemand während des Transports, das es ein Fußball ist. Der Karton kam ziemlich demoliert an und die Tasche hat ein paar kleine Keatzer abbekommen trotz eigentlicher Schutzverpackung.

Der Support war jedoch sehr bemüht eine Lösung zu finden und ich gehe sehr zufrieden aus dem Verkauf. Mega netter Support und guter Service. Gerne wieder.

Love the timeless vibe of this Florvane leather bag. It's simple but looks like it was made with a lot of care, so I'm expecting it to last me a long time.

Had a bit of a hiccup with my order but Emma from support was a total pro. She cleared everything up fast and made the whole experience feel way more reliable.

Goods supplied did not perform as advertised. Expect you to pay to return them. False advertising.

the florvane bag is surprisingly soft but still keeps its shape. usually these things feel like cardboard but the texture here is really nice and natural even after using it every day

Florvane 25 bag a bit dubious to start with did a search and checked reviews and then ordered the brown bag. Was with me within 10 days looks so similar to other bags with H but about 27thousand pounds cheaper. So good I ordered a black, sorry to see that no Twilly for handles are available as yet

Bought a Florvane, advertised as leather, yet the entire insides and lining is a nasty, thin, cheap plastic - which means there’s a good chance the outside also is!
However nowhere does it state that so much of the bag is cheap plastic - going directly against UK Trading Standards.
For the price this is bad quality! You could get a proper leather bag, suede lined for this price and get what you’re actually paying for.
AVOID!

Shipping took a long time! Was looking forward to getting this bag but the box was crumpled and just left at my front door by yodel for anyone to take! This meant the bag had a big crease along the back because of the box. Assembly was awkward and confusing. Bag was larger than I expected too. Love the orange colour but I’ve had better quality bags from w2c ☹️

UPDATE: The company reached out to me and gave me a 10% refund and gave me some hints on how to get the creases out of the bag. Fantastic customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely lovely bag…. Very happy. Took about 18 days to be delivered and I could track it throughout. The colour is beautiful (purple) and the quality is perfect. Already looking at another to order asap… and so is my niece!

Excellent customer service. I initially ordered the wrong bag, I got refunded and reordered.

I bought two different bags.

1. Cowhide Bucket Bag - I love it 10/10
2. Florvane Bag - although its leather, there is a plasticy feel to it 5/10

Received my bag today, Birkin dupe. I was a little scared but l am really surprised. The delivery was quick and the bag is gorgeous. Really well packaged, everything had stickers on the right places. They say it’s genuine leather but there is no stamp to say it is, but it smells and feels like leather so l am going to tell myself it is! I am going to buy another one but different colour! That’s how good it is!

I ordered a bag which was dispatched but not delivered, the carrier company lost it . However after contacting customer services they investigated it , sent a new bag out straight away which I did receive, the bag is lovely and I’m happy with it . The customer service team were great, very helpful and polite .

I received my purchase £68. For a cheap plastic fan, nothing like advertised. I requested to return it as it was not as described but told it would cost £60 to return. If it cost £60 to get it to me, which I doubt, that makes the fan worth £8 which is pushing it as it was shoddy beyond belief. I applied for a refund from PayPal which has been successful. If this is a British based company why the high cost to return to a Chinese address ? Buyer beware. You will not be getting what you pay for.

My bag arrived to day and it’s so lovely you can’t tell the difference between this bag and a real Picoton.
The tracking was so helpful showing every detail on the bag’s journey.
Please don’t delay buy a bag from this company you’ll be thrilled like I have been.
Also have to mention Emma in customer sale is a true gem so helpful.
Would have given more stars if I could.
