Do not do business with this company at all. Send 600pounds through them to Ghana on 24th January 2026 and needed a reversal, and for over 2 months it’s been from one excuse to the other, feigning ignorance here and there, even when MTN Ghana has provided evidence of this said reversal, remit home still says their sister company has not received the funds,meanwhile the are not willing to show what name the sister company is. This company is fraud and nobody should risk their money with them. The will do everything to dupe you your hard earned money. No honesty, just a big fraud waiting to steal.

Remit Home has officially accepted and initiated the reversal; however, recovering funds from international mobile networks like MTN involves a multi-bank clearing process outside our direct control.
