I sent £50 with Home Remit at 21.00 hours on 15th of March 2026 it’s now 12.27 hours on 18th March and still the money hasn’t reached the account but with no customer service they are the worst and most unreliable company I have ever used

IT HAS NOW BEEN 3 DAYS since I processed two transactions on this app. I would strongly advise against using this app for any financial transactions. I made a payment that was confirmed as complete, only to find out that nearly 48 hours later, the transaction is still processing. Despite repeated inquiries, the customer service team keeps giving vague responses, saying the issue is being looked into, with no concrete updates or solutions provided.
This kind of delay in processing payments is not only frustrating but completely unacceptable, especially when it comes to handling people’s money. The lack of clear communication and transparency about the terms and conditions especially regarding payment delays, is a serious concern. Customers should be informed up front about any potential delays or issues before their money is taken.
What’s even worse is that they seem to ignore the urgency and stress these delays cause, as if people don’t rely on timely transactions. The app is untrustworthy and has a total lack of integrity in its operations. I’ve never had such a terrible experience with a financial service.
I’m incredibly disappointed with the entire process and would highly recommend looking elsewhere. This is a business that is playing with people's livelihoods and creating unnecessary stress. Stay away from this app if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

This is the second time I am writing a review about this company. The first time I had an issue, I wrote a review here. Afterwards I had a call from the company and to me it seems they wanted me to redraw my review but I stood on my grounds and told them if they do the right thing I will come out a do another review. Afterwards I made some transactions with them just to see how it goes. Each of them has been frustration and agony. Had to call and text several times before I get my money paid. This review was a result of transaction I made on Friday, and if I tell you I got paid today Tuesday you might not believe. The excuses were just funny. I am deleting the app and do not recommend for even my worst enemy. They will always say their rate is the highest and that is the reason why they are just doing what they do.

Sent money on 4/32026 and still not paid. All I hear from them electric fabricated replies.
I was told on Friday the 6th that the transaction will be made today but still not paid yet.
Only excuses upon excuses. By the way it’s the 2nd time I am letdown by this company.

This is the worst money transfer service I have ever used, and I strongly advise others not to use this platform.
I made a transfer on Thursday, 5 March at around 11:00 pm, and as of today the transaction has still not been completed. The company advertises “instant transfers,” but my experience has been the complete opposite.
Their customer service is extremely poor. Both the chat support and phone agents provide inconsistent information, and their lackadaisical attitude only adds to the frustration. Instead of solving the issue, they give conflicting directions that cause unnecessary delays.
This experience has caused significant stress and wasted time. A financial service should be reliable, transparent, and responsive, but this company has failed on all three.
I strongly recommend that people avoid using this service and consider more reliable alternatives.

I sent money through Remit to ghana since yesterday. The money hasn't been sent. I have called them 3 times and they are telling me that it's been rejected by their partners in ghana. Ok refund the money and am being told it will take 3 days before return. Disappointed and no customer service. They didn't offer any Solutions but talking nonsense to me.

I've never written a negative review in my life but i feel compelled to write this as a warning to others .I needed to urgently pay a bill in Ghana and so made a transfer through the app and recieved an instant notification that the funds has been credited,which turned to be false.When i contacted their customer support over a 3 week period, i was told inconsistent misleading information,auto generic replies about failed delivery,experiencing delays in making payments,technical issues with payout partners etc, which are all not one off's lies, but but a consistent pattern of excuses to further hold on to your money.l was finally assured the funds will be redelivered in a 24 hour period ,yet this has not happened.I have kept records of all conversation and chats as evidence of break of contract and intent to escalate it to the financial ombudsman or claims court.Their conduct raises serious concerns about honesty,transparency,lack of empathy and possible fraudulent activities.Base on my experience ,Please do not uses their services regardless of if you value your time,money and mental health.I'll update if it changes
