Wish Brain Sparks were available for our created trainings as well. I do like Brain Sparks.

Absolutely terrible program
Absolutely terrible program. Trainings are riddled with bugs, chat support is a useless bot with no way to contact the company, and the survey for the chat bot minimizes before you can respond to it about your poor experience. Just absolute garbage.
Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company. I purchased an RBT course, but unfortunately, I could not finish it in 180 days. They just refused to give me an extension and want me to purchase a new course. I agreed to buy a new course but with a discount price, they denied that request. Stephanie was the person I spoke with on the phone.
Unethical company & a HUGE waste of…
Unethical company & a HUGE waste of money. After a year of having 11 people go through this training, not 1 lesson was memorable. The lessons are a formality more than a value. I stopped using it and then tried to cancel because we were not using it. This company is not upfront about their terms. They hid in a 6-year term during COVID while so many people are struggling to keep doors open. The sales reps should be required to state it is a 6-year term in the call. If they are legit, they would be upfront about it. If their lessons were of value, they wouldn't have to require a 6-year term.
Purchase Relias assessment package…
Purchase Relias assessment package 9/24. Attempted to contact our account manager by email and phone from 9/27-10/21 with no response. On 10/21 implementation specialist advised that the wrong package was added to our account and that we needed to contact our account manager. We informed the implementation specialist that our account manager has not returned calls or emails since 9/27. The specialist provided our account managers Direct SUP email. Made first attempt to contact on 10/21 and as of today 11/19 after 2 attempts, Director of SMB Sales at Relias has yet to respond to any communication. Our initial account manager responded on 10/21 after an email was sent to her Director of SMB Sales at Relias. We acknowledged the email and stated due unwillingness to respond to any communication from 9/27-10/21, we are requesting a new account manager or void of contract. As of today 11/19, account manager and Director of SMB Sales at Relias has ceased all communication with our company and have fail to respond to emails or provide service. We paid Total: $9030.03.
