Customer service is really quite…
Customer service is really quite helpful from the simplest question answered through Riley the AI chatbot or your salesforce representatives. Even when they can't answer specific questions, they put me in touch with experts in the area of question. Always timely responses and a review of the discussion is emailed for reference.
Some issues with having to go back to a training plan when reviewing user transcripts but all in all it really is just a few clicks to get back to where you want to be.
I find the crosswalks to be very helpful particularly when creating training plans.

I ask a LOT of questions as I try to learn the more complex aspects of Relias. Everyone I've spoken to in customer support has been very good about taking the time to fully understand my problem, they ask clarifying questions to figure out how we got to where we are with an issue, and they are very patient with answering my multitude of questions.

Tired of having to delete new employees and put them back in again. Get your IT department in order. I've had to do it for 9 employees now and I am angry!!!!!

It is somewhat difficult to have someone to address changes with. Also, a supposed scheduled appointment to discuss discovery was cancelled and no reason was given after annual payment had been made.

Still a fantastic platform - functionality-wise. Customer service though has been spotty, e.g., being told something wasn't possible until I shared what was provided previously; some not reading the work order correctly so I have to reiterate what I was asking for, etc.

Relias is a great way to educate and meet continued learning requirements all in one platform and it is so easy to navigate. Super convenient!
Limited Exam and Report Functionalities
As an LMS, it works great for its main intended purpose of administering trainings courses and records. However, it's very limited in functionality. I wish the exam feature was a little more robust and that Relias could read out quizzes within SCORM files. I use Articulate Storyline, and Relias can't report any data from that SCORM file, so quizzing within that file is wasted.
Additionally, I would like to see courses being marked as "failed" if a learner does not pass an exam. If people take an exam, with limited attempts and fail, there should be a way to mark them as failed.
I wish there was also a way to report out failed exam attempts in Relias.

Most of the training courses are computer-friendly to follow through the training.

Overall, my experience has been good. Recently I had a technician not respond to my email.
The site is easy to navigate
The site is easy to navigate. I've been able to add custom courses and have taken several of the BACB CE courses. I've use most of the information in each of those course in my everyday practice.
